INTRODUCTION
Self reflection is very essential to describe and evaluation of any kind of situation or
subject. Also, it is important to identify the feeling and conclusion as well as action plan which
have taken for improving any loophole within the group presentation (Knapp, Gottlieb and
Handelsman, 2017). This study is based on King Faisal Hospital. In this context, there are 4-5
members give the presentation on this topic.
Self Reflection
Description: In the group presentation, there are 3-4 members can be determined topic
which is business strategy of King Faisal hospital. In this presentation, we have covered the
strategic planning, objectives and mission of hospital. In order to that, I will collect different
information about the strategic planning which involves internal and external analysis as well as
define strategic objectives of hospital (Chigwedere and et.al., 2019). Also, I will make efforts to
research about their strengths and weakness, opportunities and threats as internal analysis of
hospital. I will also collect the information about the business environment as external analysis
whereas hospital is operated presently which involves government rules and regulations etc. I
will determine all the aspects of subjects then I will give the tasks to each and every team
member for collecting the appropriate and reliable information of facts which can aid to
accomplishing the group presentation.
Feeling: While presenting the PPT, I was quite excited and nervous as well because it
was my first PPT, though my team is quite confident because we have the members who have
good interpersonal skills. Such that we delegate the task as per everyone's capability. For
instance I have good communication skills so I choose to present the entire project, while on the
other side, my colleagues have good research skills, so the opt the task accordingly. Initially,
when we did not know each other, then we feel hesitate that how the work will be done but when
we start introducing and start working together then I realized that we are in a good team because
everyone have their own innovative ideas which help to make our project well and finally we
conduct our presentation in well manner as well. Thus, it shows that we have a good team
working skills and I was quite happy and my team is also appreciated by others for our
outstanding performance as well.

Evaluation: when we were working in a team, I evaluated so many positive and negative
things. Such that I realized that we delegate the task as per our capability which is quite
impressive and even we all motivate each other whenever anyone of us feel nervous. This shows
that we have a good team bonding (Koopman and Hakemulder, 2015). On the other side,
sometimes I also evaluated some negative aspect as well, such that we all are not match with the
defined deadlines. For instance everyone has their own life and they all are busy with their
routine schedule so we are not met with the deadlines and this sometimes lead to creates long
discussion. In order to sort out such thing, we decide to conduct weekly meeting in which we all
present our work which we had done during a week. In this way, we present our presentation in
well manner and also develop a strong relationship with each other as well. Lastly, I evaluated
that working in a team is more beneficial rather than working individual.
Analysis: I have analysed from the given case study of King Faisal hospital is that as an
organisation is operating business in service sector, one of the main business strategy of an
enterprise is to provide the training to staff related to customer service. Such strategy has been
adopted by an organisation for improving the quality of services which is being delivered to
customers (Seggelen-Damen and Dam, 2016). In addition to this, I have analysed that company
is making investment on development of workers so that professional services as well as high
level of satisfaction can be provided to clients. I found that the objective of implementing the
training strategy is to assist employees in development of communication skills which are
required by them for interacting with clients. I have also analysed from the Swot that the biggest
weakness of an enterprise is that King Faisal hospital is making less investment on research and
development activities and firm is still relying on traditional technologies. I have also found that
company has team of highly skilled workforce with the support of them business entity can
facilitate innovation. I have found that an organisation has an strong distribution network by
using which can expand business at international level.
Conclusion: In group presentation, I have concluded that communication and research
skills are very essential for presenting any kind of information and knowledge about specific
topic. In this context, I have realised that lack of communication skill influence on the effective
presentation. Also research ability is very essential to analysed and evaluated of the any kind of
study which can influence on the effective presentation.
