INTRODUCTION
Work based learning contains structural possibilities for understanding and is accomplished by
genuine activities and is administered in the working environment. In case of hospitality
industry, it is a wide concept of fields inside the service organisation which involves food and
drinking services, planning of events, tourism and many more. Kingfisher caterers has been
chosen as a base firm in this report which is led by Dan Kempson since March 2010 and has
been developed for nearly 40 years. They have developed their reputation in the market on
giving inventive menus with a great consumer services. This report will covers the explanation
of a new business idea in a chosen industry by setting targets, purpose and objective for the task.
It also covers observation and evaluation of the progressive idea in the whole project life-cycle
from initial to closing, the structure to accomplish the time limit of work and accomplishment the
advantages business of every period of purpose and objectives for the chosen business idea
(Biswas and Chandrakasan, 2018). It will also cover SWOT and PESTEL analysis for the

work is related to the food, drinking, wedding, celebration, wedding, corporate or bar service. In
this, all the services are supposed to be provided by using this technology of artificial
intelligence through which bills will be paid easily, food will be served by using this and also
food will be cooked by using this, ease in packaging, food safety and many more. Bills payment
by using this technology is beneficial at the time of covid 19 also which will help all the visitors
to come in close contact with them.
Objective- The main objective of introducing this technology of artificial intelligence is
to provide all the services fast and in easy manner (Logeswaran and Lee, 2018). This will also
help in lessening direct contact with individuals at the time of packaging, dining and payment.
Aim- The main purpose of presenting this new technology of Artificial intelligence is to
take all the measures against the covid 19 pandemic situation and to make all the procedure of
workers and visitors easy, safe and secured.

Targets- An important target of picking out or choosing the technology for Kingfisher
caterers will assist the firm to unique way of serving food, services and events according to the
needs and requirements of the consumers.
When there is any organisation of an event then there is a requirement of proper team to provide
all the services fast because of various people available in the event. This will need an
experienced catering management, need of co-ordination in a particular event and a full event
