activities and learn as he goes. This can be structured by manager by using hands on

several knowledge and skills needed to carry out specific task or job,many enterprises use
strong combination of strategies to enable them to work effectively so it is significant to
provide job training to workers so that they can carry out all the functions and practices in

by the employees regarding performance.
Advantages: By training an worker can use the different equipment and tools which will be
needed to carry out their particular role and task within the organisation. The staff members
can be given particular job training for increasing their ability and can do shown them what to
do and they work under the supervision of most knowledgeable and experienced staff.
Through this employees confidence level increase in their work and it also guide them
towards the best way of doing the job correctly to achieve best result. Employees training
within the organisation means that they are learning and actually working to become more

Disadvantages: This method of training is not always as effective as it should be .In this
knowledge as well as skills is not passing in effective manner from employees to employees.
Through this, production level can be slow down for trainer which will effect the
performance of company. Also, disrupt the flow of work at work place if training is not
planned then it will deliver in such a way trainer as well as employees is not able to grasp the
concept of method.

Utilizing a systematic approach to training is most important in which first priority is given to
goals and objectives of the company. It is formal type of training design through which
manager ensure training begins as well as ends with the need of the organisation.Through the
