operations so that they can get competitive advantage for their company. The Human resource
department also enables the working of the organisation in a much more flexible way by
satisfying the employee needs and demands .Therefore, the application and the various functions
of the HRM in relation to the company The Kingfisher plc will be elaborated in these study. The
Kingfisher plc is a British International Company, which is located in London, and there are
other branches as well in other parts of the United Kingdom (Ft.com, 2019). The study will
therefore give an elaboration to the various approaches to the HRM department.
