&et. al., 2021). Long-term economic durability is becoming the primary issue of all sectors, thus
there is requirement to concentrate more emphasis on company's current leaders &managers,
which could also fully support all of the organization's activities. The hospitality business is
linked to the service sector, &also the two industries collaborate to meet all of business
customers' &buyers' needs, resulting in a higher profit margin. Managers &leaders are primarily
concerned with implementing effective managerial &leadership styles in their businesses so that
they can also effectively manage operations &improve the business' reputation. The primary
concern of this research is to focus on the leaders & managers role of the Kingfisher plc which is
most famous British multinational organisation that deals in retaining industry? This organisation
established in the year 1982 &headquarters of this organisation established in London, UK. The
main motive of this study is to analyse the role of leaders &managers &determine the applying
various classification ideas &management positions to distinctive leadership styles. Various
leadership &marketing techniques also examine the project's primary focus &the impact of micro
¯o environment on the company's current management &leadership structure so that
company can easily remove all the challenges &motivate their staff members.
