about the concept of development of employees. Further, the making use of the positivisms
research philosophies tend to supports effective meeting of the set objective through supporting a
systematic & practical way of investigation. Further use of deductive approach is also effective
as it lead to better testing & scanning of facts to effectively meet the set objective. Along with
this, use of quantitative method & questionnaire by me within current study also support easy
collection &effective presentation of facts that leads to better achievement of set objectives.
I have successfully finished every other research work throughout this program, although I
am pleased to have been a participant of it. I am grateful for the chance to participate in this

I also have an impact on the intended audience and successfully engage in order to
development with them in order to obtain accurate and relevant data. I realised that self
discipline is one of my weaknesses and I have had a lot of trouble finishing each stage of the
project before time. I have learned how to do machine learning and apply it to a topic of interest
as a result of this assignment. This study assignment has taught me a variety of topic that will aid
me in my academics. I have determined that I am focus of research work, and if I am provided
