the best heart and cancer centre for local people in London (Albert and Rahmat, 2019). The trust
is reported to be involved in various activities to provide people with engaged and efficient
workforce to facilitate their health. The trust also maintains high bed occupancy through its both
centres with 98.2 and 98m6 of KCH and PRUH respectively. There was hiring of a psychologist
for the staff members which provided them with mental care in the times of pressure for them to
