The trust has been able to reduce its deficit as compared to the last year to a
commendable extent leaving 36m5 as the balance. The trust has also proved excellence in
maintaining the mortality of patients through the help of Summary hospital level Mortality
indicator (SMHI). The trust was also able to maintain its surveillance and build its reputation for
