Information system strategy is referred as the effective use of mobile application in Agro-
based industries Farmers use these mobile applications for the better mode of communication to
improve the efficiency of work and this will also help them to save time and produce optimum
output for society. This will also facilitate workers with effective use of resources which leads to
quality based production and it also helps in satisfying the customers with effective services.
Managers of Organisation uses mobile application to organise and manage Agricultural sources
in a correct direction and management produce desired output with the combining efforts of
farmers and resources. Mobile applications also useful in finding the alternative methods of
farming. This ensures the availability of different sources to complete the farming activities. The
application provides various features which helps in minimising the cost factor by designing the
best approach to deliver top-quality product. Enterprise mobile App development enables the
workers to clearly get the working strategies of business (Crawley, Cameron and Selva, 2015).
This also helps in forecasting weather information. The use of application allows Managers to

KISSAN Agro-works International Ltd is a leading producer of agricultural equipment’s.
This industry generally manufactures agricultural machinery and equipment’s which helps in
accomplishing the effective tasks of farmers. This company is founded in India with a concept of
reducing the human efforts with increased productivity of labours. Headquarters of KISSAN
Agro-works international Ltd is situated in India and it was established in year 2000 to serve
country with effective tools and techniques to produce the best quality products by replacing
large human efforts with machineries (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). This enterprise is expanded to
several more countries such as Australia, Pakistan, America, Canada, Europe, Russia.
This company is dealing in agricultural based machinery from past 18 years who have
initially started with very fewer employees. Now KISSAN had provided employment to almost
5000 employees. Although this industry is dealing with technology based work so it requires
mobile application to track day-to day activities and update the information. This equipment’s
help in increasing the efficiency and provides better quality services to customers. The company
also possess customer satisfaction and holds strong relationship by gaining loyalty of the
customers in order to provide the latest technology machines and for the purpose of achieving
large agricultural products.
Management of this firm provides timely trainings to their employees to get the
information about using these equipment’s. Invention of machinery performing agro -based work
have also improved the business factors and it had minimised the cost consumption of products.
There are following services which are adopted by KISSAN for the successful development of
the organisation. These services are as follows:

The main purpose of developing Agro-based machinery is to maximise the working
efficiency of farmers. This consists of high-technology software and equipment’s to ensure the
large amount of Top quality products (Dixit and Skeath, 2015). Managers of KISSAN Agro-
works International Ltd are aimed at providing the ultimate solutions to workers. Earlier
employees are engaged in farming activities which consume lot of time and energy of workers.
They do not get enough time to apply innovations in goods and services so this company have
provided the large variety of software to reduce the workers efforts. Development of advanced
technology had improved customer satisfaction and also maximised the agricultural production
of the company.
Some major hurdles in performing daily operations are as follows
 Farmers are tired in performing farming activities on daily basis which restricts them
producing the constant quality based products.
 Lack of communication among employees leads to unorganized work.
