Introduction
Implementation of Knowledge management system evaluation
is a significant process that brings changes at different stages
in hotel and tourism sector. Sharing of knowledge is a major
factor that play vital role to successfully implement knowledge
management.
I have chosen an organization Australia Tourism because it has
number of steps where a knowledge management system can be
implemented. Implementation and evaluation of KM system will
provide opportunities to achieve significant manpower,
collaboration and other competitive advantage. In this assessment I
am going to evaluate about knowledge management system for
the Australia Tourism Organization.

organization
Australia Tourism is a services oriented organization deals not only in hotel
and tourism sector only but also hotel accommodation.
So their goal is to influence their internal business process to capture
maximum number of business and promote organization to become popular
across globe.
Their another goal is to have friendly and health working environment where
they can develop a health process of work, encourage their staff and make
regular improvement to offer out of world experience.

Problem is they trying to address
After sharing valuable knowledge in between staffs and
adopting latest technology the organization failed to
collaborate with their staffs and field officers who work
from different cities for them.
After having a well healthy environment the company
failed to earn complete satisfaction of their employees.
All these problems related with knowledge

Communication gap in between staffs who works remotely or
with the company internal staff create a huge gap that affects
on overall organizational growth in terms of efficiency and
revenue.

socialization, internationalization, externalization and combination.
Training program Recommendation- This recommendation lies in
socialization knowledge conversion model where all team members
grouped together and socialize with each other. Here a top level

each other and share their valuable experience and knowledge.

Conclusion
I have successfully performed a knowledge management evaluation and on
the basis of evaluation also made key recommendation for an organization
by considering online resources.
To perform KM system evaluation and recommendation I have selected
services based tourism and hotel sector and the name of the organization is
Australia tourism.
I have performed operation on organizational current structure and work flow
and make recommendation to restructure work flow and the way they are
processing for work. I have also categories tacit and explicit knowledge and
management and provide justification for that.
