analysis. The role of this person is that to build a communication bridge between the technology
of solutions as well as the problems for the business (Beattie and Smith 2013). The problems of
the business can be anything about the systems of the business. The example includes the
process, model, or the method (Bekmamedova and Shanks 2014). The solution related to the
technology can be used for the architecture, application of the software as well as the different
kinds of the tools. The business analyst helps to convert, understand as well as removing the
problems of the organization with the help of the current technology.

Reflection:
Being a business analyst I am developing software. Then I shall take the
responsibility of chatting with the users of the software for getting knowledge of the need of the
customer (Bell, Bryman and Harley 2018). Then, I shall produce the requirements which tell the
requirements of the business very clearly and also design the process of the design. After the
requirements plan will be used by the group of the software developers or the third party service
provider for developing the application (Calitz, Greyling and Cullen 2014). When the software is
ready, then I am able to deal for the handling of the dealing with the issues and also the questions
and also for the support of the business of the development for the necessary changes for making
the efficient use of the current application.
Critique:
Many times a business analyst uses the competency model. The organization
should ensure that the business analyst of the organization have the knowledge, abilities and also
the skills required for the success for the development of the job functions (Cassidy 2016). It has
the elaborate description based on this model. After the approval of this, it is very important to
the invention of the competencies of their analyst of the business that possess. There is some
specific assignment for the testing of the competencies (Fleisher and Bensoussan 2015). These
tools will give the knowledge level of the separate persons for each of the competency of the
group entirely (Ju, Kim and Ahn 2016). If the knowledge of the business analyst is not clear at
the basic level, then it will be very difficult for keeping track of the business analysis.

The critical skills required related to the business analysis
Synopsis:
The first important critical skill that is required for the business analyst is that to
understand of the business. If the person is not total understand the importance of the
objectives that it will be very difficult for the person to deliver the ideas (Khanagha,
Volberda and Oshri 2014). The person would not hesitate of asking the questions related
to this topic. It is essential for the organization that the analyst should be a good
communicator. He or she has to make the point very clear and unambiguous. It is also
very necessary for that organization to ask the questions for releasing the information that
is needed from the customers. The email related to the audit that is not enough for the
communication with the customer by using the email (Khanagha, Volberda and Oshri
2014). The exchange of the information can be done by using the face to face
conversation.
Reflective:
According to me, as a business analyst the person need to think very critically
about the works which he or she is going to perform for the organization. In my opinion
the business analyst must have some logical sense related to his / her business (Nicholas
and Steyn 2017). If I am a business analyst then I should have the capability to talk and
also realize the matter in a very faster way. It is done within a very short period of time. I
can also demand that the hypothesis that are connected to the ideas regarding the thinking
of myself (Ogunbiyi, Goulding and Oladapo 2014). If I am able to realize the problem in
a correct manner then it can be very easy for me solve the problems. In my opinion, some

the issue then the business analyst should look after this matter.
Critique:
Being business analyst the person is responsible for the evaluation of the more
than one option. It has to be done before the settlement within the team (Phillips-Wren et
al. 2015). If a person does have this kind of critical thinking capability then he or she is
not eligible for becoming a good as well as the professional business analyst. Sometimes
a person does not have the good communication skills. Because of that reason a person
may not able to become a good business analyst. Sometimes a person does not have good
problem solving skills (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015). No project can be solved
without the problems. So this kind of the skills are very important for a business analyst.
He or she is responsible to provide an outstanding solution in this problem. They should
be able to solve a lot of challenges in the technical aspects of the project (Sekaran and
Bougie 2016). It happens when there is an involvement of the more than one business
domains or customers related to the technical field.
Model used for the formulation of the strategy
Synopsis:
There are many models that are related to the business models. The balanced
scorecard is the strategy of the framework that is developed for the business analysis. The
objective of the model involves the goal that is related to the high level organization

(Daae and Boks 2015). The measures will help the analyst to understand the objective of
the business. The term initiatives involve the major action programs to reach the target of
the organization (Semeler, Pinto and Rozados 2017). The second most important business
analysis model is that the strategy map. It is visual tool. It is use for reaching strategic
plan as well as target of the high level business. Maximum part of this project is the
balanced scorecard. It offers an outstanding procedure for the communication of the high
level information. SWOT analysis is the also the business analytical model that can be
used for the business analysis (Stevens and Norman 2016). In this case, the strengths and
also the weaknesses are referred as the matters related to the internal matter of the
company. Other two are the outside matter of the organization.
Reflection:
In my opinion being a business analyst one should have the clear idea regarding
the business analysis model. If I am a business analyst then I will first choose the
business model related to the project. Then I shall draw an activity diagram (Webb 2017).
I may sue the activity diagram for mapping the procedure of implementing it in the
website of the company. In my opinion, these are very helpful for the process of the
communication and also the stakeholders for the development as well as the business
teams (Stevens and Norman 2016). According to me, the diagrams are not for the
documentation of the analysis. They are also very at the time of the initialization of the
project of that phase. In my opinion, characteristics of the mind map helps for the
business analyst that can be organized in the process of the different kinds of the ideas
related to the brainstorm process.

must know different kinds of the business models related to the business analysis that
includes PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis and many others. These are the very
important for understanding the business of an organization properly (Sekaran and
Bougie 2016). The business analyst should have the crystal clear idea regarding these
models related to the business.
The relation between organizational strategy and knowledge audit plan

In the era of the information the knowledge will become a very essential part of
the organization. Many organizations have gathered the information and stored large

Reflection:
According to me, the business analyst must have the good knowledge about the
type strategy of the organization. I have analyzed that the organizational strategies are the
steps that are developed by the business analyst to get the target of the business of that
organization (Phillips-Wren et al. 2015). I have understood that these goals are the long
term goals. After that the knowledge audit comes into the picture. According to me, the
business analyst may have some knowledge regarding the knowledge audit so that he or
she can reach the business at the highest possibility of the success (Ogunbiyi, Goulding
and Oladapo 2014). He or she must have some know reading the flow knowledge of the

The organizational strategy can help an organization to improve their business.
The business analyst should have the crystal clear idea regarding this topic. The
knowledge audit plan also a very important idea related to this topic (Nicholas and Steyn
2017). The business analyst should have the proper knowledge regarding this matter. If
the business has no idea regarding the making of the strategy of the business plan of the
organization then it will create a severe problem related to this organization. The future
of the business is totally depending on these two pillars. The business analyst should
know very clearly regarding this matter (Khanagha, Volberda and Oshri 2014). The
organization should recruit the international certified knowledge auditor related to this
matter.

Skills related to the team building and also the leadership
Synopsis:
The two most important skills related to the leadership includes the skill refers to
the procedure of the vision of the company that share the with the business analyst and
also the other employees for supporting the idea of the company. The good leader is that
person who motivates the employees for getting the desired the result. Every employee
should understand the process of the job opportunities in that company (Sameh 2014).
Another important characteristic of the good leader includes the effective
communication. The business analyst should understand the process of creating the point
access and also the goal of the company to their staffs. They should confirm regarding the
day to day assignments is completed. They should be able to communicate with the job
after the hiring a person (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015). That person also should able
to explain this task to someone else (Sekaran and Bougie 2016). The team building is also
an important for the business. It has lots of properties that include Respect to the
employees, Attitude that is positive in nature, building of the relationship, taking the
responsibility, honest attitude and many others.

According to me, a leader should have the capability to communicate with the any
kind of thee employees. This is a very important skill of the leader that can enhance the
business of the company. These two skills are very important for the becoming a
successful leader of a team. In my opinion, the honesty, taking responsibility are the two
main features related to the team building. If these two features do not satisfy then it will

be very difficult for any organization to maintain the team building. If the employees of
any organization do not respect each other then it will be very difficult for the company
to make the team.
Critique:
A business analyst is not able to communicate with the employees of the
organization then it is not possible for him or her to become a good leader. It will be very
difficult for the company to grow its business (Semeler, Pinto and Rozados 2017). If a
business analyst is not honest in his or her work then he or she cannot be a good leader
and the production of the company decreases in exponential manner. If a business
analyst is not able to build the rapport with the other employees then he or she will
become a good leader (Stevens and Norman 2016). It will create a bad working
environment in the team. If the business analyst does not want to take the responsibility
then it will create a severe production related to the company. For improving the growth
of the company the business analyst should take care about the above mentioned skills.
Key process involves in the understanding of the business
Synopsis:
A business process or the business method is the collection of the structured
activities, relation and the specific sequence for the service or the product. It occurs at all
the level of the organization and it may or may not visible to the customers (Webb 2017).
The key processes that involved in the business process involve the process related to the
operational management and also the process related to the management. The operational
management is the core area of the business and it will generate the primary value

the growth of the organization. I think that the operational process is the most important

management process of the company should function for the growth of the company.
This process involves the different kinds of the operational as well as the management
process related to the company (Phillips-Wren et al. 2015). In my opinion the business
analyst should make sure regarding the different types of the matters can be operated
totally with the other business analyst using the guidelines and the rules for the success of
the company.
Critique:
If the business analyst is not able to implement the operational management then
the business of the company will reduce drastically. The business analyst should look
after this matter so that there should not be any affect in the business (Ogunbiyi,
Goulding and Oladapo, 2014). If the business analyst is totally dark regarding the
management process of the company then it will affect the main area of the business of
the company and also the company will not be able to follow the operational process of
the business.

Sustainability and appropriateness of the four investigation process
Synopsis:
There are four investigation processes that are involved in the sustainability as
well as the brainstorming, observation, prototyping, interview, workshop of the
requirement and also prototyping (Nicholas and Steyn 2017). These helps the
organization to take much information related to this. The advantage of this is that for
giving them a good idea regarding the process of the business.
Reflection:
In my opinion this process of the investigation of the business analysis helps the
growth of the organization in an exponential manner (Khanagha, Volberda and Oshri
2014). I think that the business analyst should have the crystal clear knowledge regarding
this matter.
Critique:
This is the most important point regarding the business analysis. If the business
analyst does not have the idea regarding this matter then business of the company can
reduce drastically (Fleisher and Bensoussan 2015). The business analyst of the company
should have the clear cut idea regarding this matter so that it can be implemented
properly.
