developer to have a personal attributes and technical abilities that are discussed below:
Self confidence skills: In present time, for someone to become a successful designer of
knowledge codification, self-confidence is most crucial skills set. Individual with high personal
self-confidence skills are able to be more creative and innovative that can assist them to perform
job in meaningful manner.
Communication skills: It is consider to be the most significant value since it includes
excellent communication and hearing abilities which help individual to discover anything fresh
and innovative (Landry, Amara and Doloreux, 2012). Good communication abilities are essential
for achieving stronger teamwork that directly assist the other people to collaborate with the
software developer. In a way if any application is developed by trained personal and other
member faces problems related the same they can communicate with the team and manager to
make solution and remove the technical issue.
Positive attitude: It is not easy by an individual to positively think while running various
project or working on different application. Positive attitude helps individual with challenging
situations to maintain working atmosphere by creating useful plans in order to get highest
