INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity is the important for every person this is essential for both the
individual and organizational level because this is positive attitude toward the work. In
business, person has to creative and innovative mind, they use their knowledge to
expand their future and compete with their competition (Campbell, 2019). Therefore,
creative and innovation is refers to process of increase the knowledge about the
particular subject.
The present report will base on creativity and knowledge among the people in an
academic and professional way. Furthermore, report will describe the effective
communication skills applicable at academic and professional areas. Moreover, report
will explain the individual performance, behaviour and experience in education and
employee.

Effective communication is the best way of elaborate ideas with others, these
skills is provided the self-confident because it is the best way of exchange the ideas,
information, messages as by writing, speaking and verbal and oral communication with
others, Therefore, generally communication is provides the better information related to
achievement of goals (Maravilhas and Martins, 2019).
This skills are very important skills which has to be obtained to achieve particular
task. There are some points which describe below, that can be helps to build a
communication skills.
Active listening - It is essential to good listener because when a person has
good listing power, so they also a good communicator. Therefore, a person who
are understood the opinion of others, and they really interested to understand the
points of others (Hassan and Din, 2019). So, it can help to mitigate the barriers of
communication and further it can also help to increase their professional and
academic ability and also, That how to present yourself at a public Therefore,

Through active listening, person can better understand what the other person is
saying, and can respond appropriately.
Non verbal communication — it is one of the best way of communication by
using words, gesture, body language and also active listening is included in non-
verbal communication. Therefore, there are different types of signs which reflect
the non-verbal communication such as eye contact, voice of tone, hand, arm
gestures and facial expression etc (Reiter-Palmon and Leone, 2019). Therefore,
eye contact is also the best way of communicate their ideas with others. As a
professional person you need to make sure that you contact each and every
person, and you able to understand their ideas appropriately with others.
Asking question — It is also the best way which shows that a person are
interested in the topic. Therefore, a person are not properly understand the
ideas, so they ask question to increase good communication level. There are
different types of question person can ask to resolve the queries. Therefore,
asking question is improved the communication skills of person and also it can
help to improve professional and academic ability.
Confidence — it is also the best part of improve the communication skills when
a person are highly confident, so they easily serve their ideas with others, it can
help to enhance the level of communication (Parjanen and Hyypiä, 2019).
Therefore, high confidence shows that co-workers are believed in what you’re
saying and will follow through. Therefore, As a person who work as profession
that they need high confidence during communicate with each other.
Open-Mindedness – A good communicator has ability to understand the opinion
of others. Therefore, a profession and academic person need to conversation
with a flexible, open mind so it helps to increase their communication skills.
Therefore, as a person they able to understanding the other person's point of
view, rather than simply getting your message across.

Individual performance, behaviour and experience in education
I have experience many things in my educational journey. Therefore, I have
learned new thing that how to present yourself in the stage. Therefore, it can help me to
enhance my individual performance related to my professional carrier. Thus, I make
presentation to enhance my presentation skills it helps me to expand my future growth.
Therefore, education is brings about a change in individual behaviour because it helps
to increase the knowledge about the different subjects. This knowledge is enhanced the
level of confidence (Soda, Stea and Pedersen, 2019). Therefore, by the help of
education I will able to doing creative and innovative things. I have increased my ability
of communication, self-confidence, good learning. Etc. Therefore, education helps to
provide continuous development in a professional and academic skills.
Apart from the profession and academic skills, it is generally, that experienced is
plays an essential role without experience people are not increase their performance, so
I have learned many things during my student life that helps me to enhance my
performance. In many cultures, experience are essential when you enter in professional
carrier. Therefore, my experience is helps me in my carrier that I am able to
communicate with other, and I am able to present my ideas with other (Kremer,
Villamor and Aguinis, 2019). Thus, also there are many things which changed my
behaviour that I able to manage all things. The time management skills helps to manage
my work and it also creates the positive impact on my personality. Hence, this all ability
and knowledge helps in my future carrier because the professional judge me as my
knowledge so, it can help me to enhance my individual performance level.
CONCLUSION
From the above report It has been summarized that creativity and knowledge is
related each other. Therefore, when a person has high knowledge about the work, so
they use their mind to create new things and achieve their goal and objectives.
