Introduction
Knowledge is a very important part of human evolution. Without knowledge about surrounding
there is no chance of growth for humans. A person can gain knowledge related to many field
through various sources on the other hand creativity is something that makes person think in
different manner. Creativity makes a person to grab innovative idea and thus providing base for
application of the knowledge. Application of knowledge with little creativity make a person
ready for achieving success in long term. This essay file will include various communication
skills which help to gain success and also relating them with academic context. This will also
cover the way in which future challenges can be approached and also how the expectation of
university course will be fulfilled. The essay will cover various learning from the module of
university and how they can be implemented in future situations.
Essay
From this module I have learned the uses of effective communication skills. Communication
skills like listening, non verbal communication empathy, open mindedness and clarity while
saying are very necessary for achieving success in the university. I have also learned the
importance of knowledge and creativity while achieving success in university. I have learned that
for effective communication a person have clarity in your words and also able to explain the
other person what you are feeling in the right words. Without having clarity of words a person
might not able to understand what you are expressing and thus there are chances that there can be
a barrier of communication which result in conflicts. Also empathising with the speaker is very
important part of better communication skills (Akyıldız and Çelik, 2020). While enhancing my
communication skills there are many challenges faced by me which helped me to have better
experiences in this field. The challenges are empathising with the speaker, articulating my main
point, speaking with confidence, expressing, friendliness gestures and open mindedness for the
idea articulated by speaker. Also this module helped me to understand various problem solving
skills (An, Song and Carr, 2016). There are many challenges that occurred while I was learning
from this module which is clearly understanding the main points of module and also how can it
be implemented in my practical life so that it can help in achieving success. Also there are many
situations in which this knowledge helped me to work on the direction of success in universities.
In academic term having effective communication skills are very necessary with knowledge and

creativity as preparing for success in university. Achieving success in university required many
things apart from effective communication which are proper learning attitude, determination
towards goal, perseverance and consistency (Hautala and Ibert, 2018). Learning from this
module will help me to solve problem related to my consistency and also help to me getting
determined towards my goals.
I have learned that as person start learning from university there are many challenges faced by a
person which is important for individual growth and there should be effective and efficient
approaches to solve these challenges efficiently and effectively. These challenges are increasing
the need for life long learning and non linear learning, the evolving need of education and
students, emerging technologies and business model and skill over a degree (Li and Liu, 2016).
As a person grow there are many unprecedented situations which a person never faced earlier in
their life. I have also learned that for solving these type of problems a person need to be effective
and efficient while selecting their approaches. Efficient way of problem solving is to understand
root cause of problem and developing strategic approaches related to that problem. Execution of
these strategies then play very vital role as without proper execution of plan there are high
chances that the problem will be not solved efficiently. In this way as per module the problem
can be solved efficiently and easily. Also while studying in the university there are many
expectations of course which a person need to fulfil so that they can achieve the assigned goal
and learn creative things from the module. I have learned that various module is included in
university courses. These modules need a person who have a problem solving skills and
understand what is required to fulfil demand of these courses. A person should be determined
and having a learning attitude and I have also learned that these expectations can only be fulfilled
when a person has the high will power for solving problems related to universities courses. Also
I have experienced that learning these modules will help person to understand various techniques
and method which will help in solving future problems related to education and employment. A
person can practically understand lot of thing because at some point there are chances that a
person forget theoretical part when a person implement that part practically there are high
chances that the work will be clearly articulated in the persons mind and thus they will be able to
implement the same method in the future problems (Tang, Zhang and Naumann, 2017). That is
why universities module mainly involved practical approaches so that person can understand
these approaches and implement them in future challenges.

Conclusion
From the above stated information it can be concluded that knowledge and creativity is very
important when preparing for growth and success in university. The Essay hover around various
