INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity can be referring to as two important elements which help a person
in achieving its goals and objectives (Chełmecka, 2018). It helps in making plans which is
beneficial for development of an individual person and it will help in making some changes in
strategies which is being made to enhance knowledge and develop skills required at workplace.
MAIN BODY
Reflective Summary
Through SWOT analysis I will be able to analyze my strengths and weaknesses. And this
will help me in analyzing what are the key skills and knowledge which I incur. The strengths and
weakness will help me in determining what are the strengths and weakness which I possess. It
will help in analyzing better my skills and assist me in incurring the knowledge of what qualities
that I imbibe and which will help me in making the process of knowing myself more in an
appropriate manner. This reflection is framed so that I can make my personal and professional
skills and knowledge bases reach my goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.
Along with this, Personal Development Plan (PDP) will be framed which will
acknowledge me in letting know my skills, how to improve them, time taken to improve them
and the evaluation of what I will be learning while grabbing and making my skills effective both
for my personal knowledge and self – development and analysis. In this, the main focus to
improve my skill is of communication. This is the main thing in my whole self – development
process as I have to improve my communication skills so that I am able to interact with people
and make them see that I am not a hard person to talk to. This will also increase my confidence
and will motivate me to talk and conversant more with the people so that I can put up my points
more clearly when anyone is talking to me. Also, on professional grounds or in my professional
career I will be able to communicate effectively and efficiently once my communication skills
are improved. By framing this PDP, I will also make sure that what are the main things which I
need to consider in my developing my skills and knowledge in my career and on personal level.
Furthermore, resources for job hunting will help me choosing my career and will assist me
in providing various opportunities which can add on to my success factors in my career. Along
with this, with the help of E – Library i will be able to learn new things which are made available
through internet sources and which will aid me in letting know about some other type of

knowledge which I may have not incurred before. E – Library will increase my knowledge base
and provide me some of the valuable facts and knowledge which will support my decision in
taking up a profession in my career. Adding on, the job description and person specification will
be provided by me who will give the details of what type of job requirements I am looking for.
On the contrary, blogs and presentations are also the key essential ingredients for the position for
which I will apply in an organization. Through blogs various important details and information is
extracted which makes the process of letting know what is actually going on in the world. The
presentation is the key aspect which makes the most of work in the professional career increase
on the level that I will be able to provide the best of my performance in the organization.
SWOT Analysis
Swot analysis refers to identify strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats of an
individual person so that goals and objectives can be achieved. It is important to determine
strengths and weakness which will help a person in accomplishing targets and this will help in
enhancing knowledge and develop skills which are required at workplace. Strength can be refer
to as positive points that a person has better than others, it will help in getting better
opportunities like, good communication skill, teamwork skills, creative thinking and many other
which is essential in the organisation (Hussain and et.al., 2017). Weakness refers to negative
points which a person should improve so that goals and objectives can be achieved.
Opportunities refer to as getting good jobs, earning more revenue and other which are beneficial
for growth of an individual person.

achieved (Ma and et.al., 2017). Communication is important in academic area as well as
professional because nowadays, it is necessary in every field and it helps in improving
organisational performance. It also creates good impact on organisation as if employees will
communicate properly then work can be done effectively. In organisations effective
communication is essential because it helps in completing work on time.
Resources for job hunting
It is important to improve skills and necessary steps should be taken so that knowledge
can be enhanced and more skills can be developed which is required at the workplace. To
improve communication skill a person should interact with people present in surrounding. They
should learn new words, improve their vocabulary and learn new things which are beneficial for
getting good job opportunities. There are many sources which can be used by a person to
improve skills such as, tips can be gathered from internet to improve communication and interact
with more persons. In this digital world, many sources are available such as, you tube, google,
and many apps are present which will help in enhancing knowledge.
E- Library
E - Library can be defined as an electronic or online library which is available and person
can use to enhance their knowledge, learn new things and this will help them in getting good jobs
in future. Books, journals, newspapers, articles are available online so a person can read from
apps which is available and people have to give some time to these activities. It is important to
read English newspapers, articles, books so that communication can be improved and they can
read books while travelling or during any free time.

Job description refers to a description of job profile or vacant position so that eligible
candidates can apply and company can choose best candidate out of it. This will help in building
good image in market and overall productivity will be increased. This will boost confidence of
workers and they will focus on achieving goals and objectives of organisation.

available in market, a person should have necessary skills and proper education so that they can
get good jobs and learn new things in future (Sofaer, 2018). It is essential that every individual

which is required at the workplace.
Presentation
It is crucial that a person should have good presentation skills because it is one of the key
elements which are needed in a company. There are some steps for making presentation and to
present things in front of others. Presentation should be made by using easy language and it
should be present in points so that it is easy to understand (Son and et.al., 2017). Many points
should be mention in bullets so that a person can understand, images should be used to clearly
define what a person wants to convey.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that, there are many skills which a person
should have to get good jobs in future and it will help in increasing overall productivity of
company. Employees should work hard to accomplish goals and objectives of organisation and
enhance their knowledge by learning new things.
