INTRODUCTION
Creativity is creating something new or innovative products by applying skills or
imagination and it help to create or recognize ideas which is useful in problem solving,
communicate with others, while knowledge which are depends and based on accumulation of
facts and experiences (Ali, Leal-Rodríguez and Albort-Morant, 2019).
This essay is based on how and why you have developed as a learner during this module
and reflection on how this module help to face future challenges and as a expectation of
university course. Further it also conclude the 4 skills which they improved or they developed
while learning the module.
MAIN BODY
When I started my leaning in 1st week module then I learn about the learning style in
which I get to know about the processes and learns various different ways to gain information.
There are mainly three different types of learning which are visual, auditory and kinesthetic. This
will help me to prepare for the future to face the challenges in professional life that how I can
solve the problem effectively, so that I am able to developed my career successfully. The
learning style is very important because every people has own way of learning style to
understand and gained knowledge while understanding this now I am able to know the how I can
learn the best which help me o become a good learner (Baldé, Ferreira and Maynard, 2018). I am
visual type of learning styles people in which I am able to become to learn and gain the
information by proper analysing the seeing pictures like graphs, charts, etc. This very effective
way of learning styles because what I see and I learn this help me to communicate and generate
ideas as well as thoughts (Thanh, 2020). In this visual learn style I can improved my skills like
being good speller, improve the concentration level which help me to improve my reading skills,
etc. This leaning style help me to store the information for long time period because what person
see then they remember for long term period, it make communication quicker and simpler.
Now, when I started my second week of module then I learn about the effective
communication that how it is important and how it affects the professional life of the person. The
effective communication help to me improve my listening skills that first attentively and able
deliver information efficiently (Kimand Choi, 2019). It is having process of ideas exchange,
thoughts, opinions, knowledge and data which shows the received message and able to

understand with their clarity and their purpose. There are basically two types of Communication
which are verbally and non verbally communication, in verbal communication the person
communicate the person speak with the other persona and exchange their information, emotions
and thoughts. In non-verbal communication the person communicate the person by expression,
gesture and symbols without spoken a words. This help me in my professional life to
communicate easy with other employees in front of third person. The effective communication
have effective characteristic which help me while communicating with other person are cleared
message, correct message, complete message, etc. this all make communication more effective
and it help me in professional life to communicate and make decision effectively which help
company to grow and developed (Parhamnia, Farahian and Rajabi, 2021). This is very necessary
that person must have good communication skills then only it is possible to deliver correct
message so, that every decision is taken correct. The effective communication improve my
various skills like observance, clarity and brevity, listening and understanding, etc. These skills
help me in future to apply in professional life to perform my irresponsibles effectively.
In third week, I learned about the reading skills in this module I am able to know about
the importance of reading and advantages. While having good reading skills I am able to
recognize about the symbols that what message they want to convey (Santangelo and Phene,
2022). This reading skills improve my vocabulary and it help me to get many new words which
help me to communicate with people. The primary objectives of reading skills are concept about
print, visual and auditory discrimination, word identification, vocabulary building, etc. these all
things are necessary for people to have in their skills. These skills are very important for me that
I have to build so, that I am able to work effectively in my professional life. There are strategies
which is used for reading skills are activating background knowledge, Questioning, Analysing
text structure, Visualization and Summarizing. This is strategies help me to improve my reading
skills and I am able to recognize the things correctly.
In fourth week, I learned about the problem solving skills which is required in
professional life, there is having a lots of challenges which person is faced while performing the
activity of the organization. This is why it becomes necessary for me to must have this skill
which help me to have potential to faced the challenge and solve the problem effectively (Sun,
Wang and Wegerif, 2020). The planning is very important factors while doing the problem
solving skills if I am able to plan the things in accurate way then I am able to solve the problem.

The main objectives of problem solving is to person able to recognize the main issues and
provide appropriate techniques so, effective solution is come out (Tam, Phillipson and
Phillipson, 2022). I must have to developed this skills because then only it is possible for me to
maintain my professional life and have capability to face the challenges
CONCLUSION
In this essay it has been concluded that knowledge and creativity both are very important
for person if they do not have proper knowledge then they not able to generate new ideas which
help in their professional life. There important skills I need to develop for future in my
professional life is Learning style, effective communication, reading skills and These all are
very important for me to have then only it is possible for me developed and grow my career in
professional field. This skills also help me to have abilities of problem solving which must be
required in professional life because there is lot of challenges have faced so it is necessary that
person must have this skills.
