INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity plays a significant role in everyone’s life especially, in context of
the students learning and approaches. Creativity refers to convert the imagination into practical
ideas to formulate something in a good form. Furthermore, this report highlights all learning
development methods related with selected module which helps an individual to develop as a
good learner. It also contains the approaches use as a student to overcome from future challenges
and expectations from a university course.
MAIN BODY
Developing as a learner from the module
To understand as a learner, it is essential to not only provides assistance to a
teacher for designing better materials as well as instructions, but also it is essential to
give path to the learners for their overall development. On the other side, knowledge is
explained as the information that is learned by an individual from the experience (Goria,
Humbert and Roussel, 2019). This learning supports the individual or person for accomplishing
his work and career related goals and learn effectively as a great learner. When the learners
have the opportunity to relate their recently acquired knowledge in the workplace, then
they will be more interested in performing better their job roles. This will help in
improving the overall performance as they will be more appreciated and positively
challenged by their superiors within the organisation. It facilitates them in following the
path of their personal development in a successful way. That is the reason it is essential
for an individual to develop themselves as a learner. The advantages gained from being
engaged learners positively impacts the manpower and results in building a more
effective workplace. Academic success rely on solid communicative skills and starts
with clear verbal communication. Students with verbal challenges might become
embarrassed if they are not able to do conversation on par with their peers.
Skilled and capabilities both are improved by the learners at university level and
this supports a persons for accomplish high success. Along with this university offer
different learning resources and most of them are activity-based which help students to
learn important factors of academic learning. Furthermore, learning skills and
capabilities are useful and effective to engage creative and knowledge related factors in
organisation. By understanding the given module it is interpreted that learners are
engaged in those entire courses that are often useful and aid the teachers as well as
students for making participation in social activities (Rastgoo, 2017) . This is because

after the pandemic situation of COVID 19, most of the sessions are conducted through
online digital mediums. Therefore, the digital skills are also improved and it supports
students to discuss and share reliable and effective information through webinars. Such
online sessions are useful for the learners because it engaged the students to make
collaboration with other individuals and this helps in developing their communication
skills also. With the help of this method, many of the skills are improved as students
were engaged in the active participation in different social and curricular activities.
Developed communication skills help the learner in performing better and eliminating
unnecessary problems that can be faced by them in the near future.
Knowledge and creativity is the pillar for an individual and it defined related to
all those sections that are important to sustain in this competitive world. It helps in
determining that academic as well as professional context is important to understand as
they engaged the learners or students for selecting all the ways that are important for
problem-solving (Giusti and Alberti, 2018) . In simple terms, in order to develop the
learning skills, module section aids for managing all the work according to decided
information specifically, to comprehend those methods which are useful to manage the
work according to decided content. To solve the problems by using creativity and
knowledge aspects, learners are able to perform all the operations and activities in an
appropriate manner. This results in improving the overall productivity of students on
daily basis. Models also helps learner for perform all task according to decide schedule.
It also helps for learn and write all those techniques that are effective to manage words
and to rearrange the information by use of effective research writing skills. In context to
future learning skills development, learners are focussing on improving and acquiring
both social and emotional aspects of learning because this will be beneficial for them in
both aspects whether it is self-development or personal growth. It results in improving
all types of skills and abilities which make the working performance of students more
effective as compared to their previous learning sessions.
Behaviour of personnel affects the working performance as it shows attitude
towards colleagues and team. Favourable and better working behaviour of a person
results in greater functioning, productivity and higher results by team members or an
individual. From perspective of an organisation, this is the most significant segment
where human resources within the workplace should concentrate. Furthermore, learning
sessions related with knowledge and creativity helps to learn and demonstrate better
vocabulary, accuracy and application related skills that are important to formulate and

Reflection
There are so many challenges that are faced by me in my learning during the module that helps
me to overcome several challenges and my expectations from the university course. Academic
knowledge, communication skills, creativity and many more are considered as most
important factors because all of this helps me in increasing my effectiveness among
decided job roles (Rajagopal, s2019) . From my perspective, success relates with my
understanding of work and job-roles. It provides assistance to me to complete all work
in a pre-decided manner which is a great challenge that has been faced by me during
this module. Like, the current focus of my selected module is to improve my learning
skills and this supports me for improving my future specifically my professional
knowledge. It results in accomplishing better success in career related goals.
Furthermore, both formal and informal groups perform an important role and this is
used to engage or participate among all activities which are important in completion of
task according to decided policies (Baezat, Aflakifard and Shahidi, 2017) . This also helps
me to connect with that group which are well-qualified and support me to complete
professional work in a creative manner.
CONCLUSION
From the basis of above report, it is concluded that knowledge and creativity are the most
important part for enhancing academic knowledge of a person. Along with this, both factors
perform a crucial role in increasing the professional knowledge and ethics to complete job roles
in a more organised and systematic manner. Furthermore, module aid to learn new skills and
capabilities such as communication skills, job-related skills, formal writing, etc. for completion
of all task in a professional context. In the last, reflection demonstrates learning related with
module in order to about different sections that are applicable in both academic and professional
areas.
