Reflection
Employability skill are set of knowledge, skills that are necessary need to be present in particular individuals so that it can perform particular task in job
and contribute in growth and success of business. Communication, teamwork, problem solving, ability to work under pressure are some of the key skills that
helps person in completing different task in best possible manner. As per my perspective or view, the above material has helped in development of various
employability skills that I can used in future to get reputable job in huge organisation. Such as the SWOT analysis helps me in identifying my key strength or
excels skills that I can used to gain job of my choice. I also able to understand my weakness or skills that I need to improve in order to gain competitive
advantages over others. I have to work on my decision making, problem solving ability to some extend so that in near future I could be able to take corrective
decision that will be fruitful to all. It also helps me in identifying key threat and future opportunities in professional career that I can used in order to gain
higher success in life. Personal development plan was another useful resource that contributed in finding several method or strategies that I could used to
improve my existing skills and capabilities. It helps me setting time, finding way in which I can easily monitor whether the skills has been developed or not.
Reading log has helped me to continue focused on my career planning despite of pandemic situation i.e, covid -19 or lockdown where other student are facing
high level of stress. Through these resources I would engage myself in finding different method that I can used to plan my career so that I can have good job in
reputable organisation. On the basis of reading log, I was able to find suitable job or hunt different job to which I can apply by making use of my developed
skills and capabilities. Therefore, this resources has contribute in enhancing my decision making and research skills as it able to identify varieties of job as per
my skills and select best among them for me. Through this module or resources I was able to get to know the way job descriptions and specification are made
and the main difference between both the terms and its applicability. Such as job description is about the job in terms of its location, working condition etc
while job specification is related to experienced, skills and qualification of individuals. So, resources have helped in developing skills of the way things can be
clearly written so that other individuals can understand it similar manner. The resources has helped in enhancing my analytical skills by analysing several job
opportunities will be in near future and the way I can prepare myself for new opportunities in order to get best employment. It also helps in learning
technological skills that are most useful in coming future due to development in technology and change in customers taste. Therefore, the material has
supported a lot in enhancement of employability skills for future growth.
