INTRODUCTION
Health and social science is the study of complexities of the human life in the area of illness,
health, and social arrangements for the care, equality, ethics, discipline etc. This areas of subject
contains a in- depth knowledge and creativity about the human behaviour and human health
(McDermott and et. al., 2021). For the learner of this areas of subject a knowledge and creativity
are the two most essential aspect in order to become effective learner and also for the future
growth. Knowledge is the understanding and skills gained through learning and experience and
creativity is practice of producing new things using imagination power. The present reflective
essay highlight the skills I have developed as a learner of the health and social science. Further
ways to approach the future challenges and expectation of university course is discussed in the
essay.

During the my module sessions of the health and social science I attended different
sessions on the different subjects of the module (Shavelson, 2020). As the learner of the health
and social science their I developed several skills. Firstly during my first module session which
was bit introductory session where I was required to introduce myself to others and learnt very
basic concept of health and social science. There I developed my base for the health and social
science and also by observing others how they introduce themselves I learnt the different ways
and manner of introducing myself which will useful to me in future in order to create first
impression with my introductory statement. In nest module sessions on equality and diversity as
a part of social science I developed my knowledge and creativity about the different diversity in
the world and how the human are treated differently unequally on the basis of their diversity in
culture, colour, age, caste, religion etc (Davis and et. al., 2021). but I also learned and developed
my skills and knowledge on equality for human , laws of equality, why diversity is important etc.
all this will help me nurture myself as a good human when I will respect others culture,
language, colour, religion etc. through this module I have developed my in- depth knowledge on

this subject of social science. There was the module session on ethics in human. Thus session
was highly beneficial for me in developing my base and princ0ples of being an ethical human in
order to treat other with principles and also to live my life with ethics and principles. This
module session covered different theory of ethics such as utilitarianism theory, deontological
ethics, virtue ethics etc. this module session has completely developed me as a better human
being as through this learning I will be able to implement some ethics and principles in my life
which will help me work and behave with dignity and respect and to always consider that virtue
ethics always make good public relations. There was module name health care which
demonstrated the learning about the health and nutritions, dentistry, nursing, medication, health
care policies etc. this module has helped in developing my knowledge of health care and what
factors are involved for the good human health. Also I learned about the benefits of nutrients,
nursing as they are vital for the health care of the human. Also I developed my knowledge about
the health care policies which are very important for me as the learner of the health care and
social science (Syaharuddin, Susanto and Putra, 2020).
Explain how you will approach the future challenges and expectations of a university course
While learning the health and social science there are the several future challenges of the
university course that are required to be addressed timely in order to meet the expectation of a
university course. In order to approach the future challenge of the university course that is huge
syllabus I will develop some time management and management skills by which I will divide
my syllabus in section on the basis of specific time-period so that I can learn every module in
specific time. Period. In order to meet the expectation of the university course I will self analyse
my learning and the learning that I am developing during the module (Mahan, 2020). To meet
the expectoration I will use the approach of development action plan by which I will set my
goals and targets in the opposite of my actions in the specific time frame so that I can meet my
deadlines and also improve my performance can be improved timely in order to keep up with the
expectation of the university course. Thus in order to meet the expecations I will set my goals
very effectively.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that the learning is highly important in order to gain
knowledge and creativity in the certain subject. It is understood that from the learning of the

health and social science there are many skills and knowledge developed specially regarding the
health and social care policies. Thus it is concluded that one must learn effectively as learner and
also use approaches like time management and management skills in order to mitigate the future
challenges. In order to meet the expectations of the university course the action plan is the bet
approach as it measures the performance and target is set till specific period of time.
