INTRODUCTION
Creativity and knowledge is key elements of worker success within specific job role in
company. They both are very important for professional and personal career growth, it helps to
make work perfect. The present report is based on HR operations manager job role, it explains
the three resources in detail and their benefits & drawbacks. Furthermore, this study justifies
information about ideal job, summary of person specification and how person is qualified for job.
It also clarifies resources available for individual and how they can use them to facilitate their

My ideal job is to become HR operations manager in further career, it is key part of
business administration, they are accountable for oversees high level human resource duties such
as setting standards for training, attracting talent and recruiting processes (Noe and Wright,
2017). I want to become operations manager, it is my ideal job role that help to make my
professional career better. This job is quite interesting as it helps to boost up the moral of person
to interact with other people effectively. I want to be an operation's manager because I am able to
fulfil accountabilities related to this role perfectly.
Job description for role
Job Title- Human resource Operations manager
Location- 25 B, Wooden street, UK.
Reporting to- Director of HR and vice president of business operations.
Job purpose-
The operations' manager of Human resource is accountable for consistent and effective
coordination & implementation of HR Business procedures, monitors and functions HR projects
as well as workflow. On continuous and regular basis, exercises management judgement on
developing departmental operation goals, policies, standards and procedures. The manager of
business operation is highly responsible for managing group of people and have to play lead
role in offering operational and financial support to senior administration. Person will be able to

keep ERP system maintained and accurate, while implementing & generating strategies to
improve efficiency and service levels throughout company. Operation manager will be capable
to improve and analyse organizational procedures & work to improve the productivity, quality
and efficiency as well. The purpose of this role is to deliver and develop people management
strategies which help in achieving overall objective and aims of business. The management of
organizations expected from operation manager to contribute in strategic work force planning.
The accountability of this job is to identify human resource priorities and providing initiative
that strengthen people relations and help to assure compliance with present employment
legislations and increasing learning across international operations.
Responsibilities and duties-
Operations manager is responsible to manager and coordinate subordinates, allocate
tasks as well as resources as required and facilitate interdepartmental communication
effectively.
The duty of operations manager is to collect and link information, solve discrepancies
and give strategic suggestions based on situation after analysing it properly.
The accountability of operation manager in company is to work and engage
professionals who are charged with manufacturing timely and good quality products.
Person is responsible to manage and priorities different tasks simultaneously.
They need to assure multi functional development and assist in integration and
consolidation of HR functions.
Make better presentations on common topics to external and internal people.

are accessible which can used by person to find the best job according to their qualification. I
will use Indeed.com and Linkedlm. Com websites. Along with this, placement agencies is
another resource which I can use to find specific job for myself. I will use placement agencies to
find job by visiting their online or offline services.
CONCLUSION
From above analysis, it has been summarized that three resources mentioned above is
quite beneficial for employment related purpose, but they have some limitations that impact on
employment procedure negatively. Furthermore, it has been concluded that Human resource
operations manager job is ideal role. The job description is clearly mentioned from above
statement in this study that person to perform accordingly after understanding the requirements.
Two types of resources that is Job websites and placement agencies help to facilitate job finding
process in effective manner.
