HOW AND WHY 10 ENCLOSED ARTEFACTS HAVE SUPPORTED THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY EMPLOYABILITY?(500 words)
There are key 10 artefacts that are adequate in enhancement of employability. These all artefacts plan an effective role in enlargement of
employability and the description of them as under:
Photos or Samples of Work Produced in the PSKC Class: With the assistance of this artefact, I made improvement in my knowledge and
competence in context of support that will assist me in course and that outcome in providing of effective job opportunity in redecurtion time and in
more developed form.
Personal SWOT Analysis: This artefact assisted me by offering data regarding abilities, weakness, threats and growth options which will be
crucial for me in my employment. It will be essential and important for me in attaining the long term aims and objectives within less time and in
more amended form.
Personals Development Plan: It is an essential plan that supported me in getting over of all my weakness in systematic form. By getting over all
weaknesses, i become capable in grasping effective job opportunity. Development and enhancement in weaknesses are crucial part of personal
and professional development. Therefore, this PDP is essential and significant for me to make improvement my success and growth within all
areas.
Reading Log 1: This log assisted me in finding out the learning options at the time or situation of corona virus crisis. This provided me an
effective support by maximising and enhancing my learning abilities which are crucial in doing employability. With the help of learning
opportunity, I become capable in doing my study and starting a job in well acknowledged company.
Reading Log 2: This log is also important and efficient for me in increment of my learning forms that turn to influence me by developing my
personal and professional development within less time and in efficient form.
Resources for Job Hunting 1: This artefact assisted me through offering the data regarding the data about the diverse sources of searching the
employability. I found out that all these are best sources that LinkedIn is one of the main cause it not get through more time and also offers
adequate employability option that is efficient in my professional career.
Resources for Job Hunting 2: This artefact helped me in finding out the alternative asset of searching the employability that is Glassdoor

website. It is also included efficient artefact that sustained me in searching the effective employment in fewer time frames.
Academic Resources 1: This artefact assisted me by offering information in context of the number of Academic Resources. Google Scholar is a
best Academic Resource because it assisted in finding out of accurate and correct information about the study and examination within less time
duration.
Examples of Job Description and Personal Specification: It enabled me in analysing the significance of job description and personal
specification of job. These are essential for me in getting of effective job option within in minimum time duration. With the assistance of personal
specification and job description, I become capable for beginning new employment in well acknowledged company that turn to influence over my
career development and success in more amended form.
Blog: It assisted me through maximising my knowledge regarding technology in employability.
Thus, all artefacts are important and significant for me in offering job as well as development of personal and professional development within
minimum time and in successful way.
