EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The existing portfolio is depend on module of Fy026 which consider several topics to
understand them in detail and structured manner. By understanding the portfolio there are
various knowledgeable things are understand and learned by me that helps me to complete work
as a better student and person. Research skill, understanding and defining of project by
communicating etc. are some of the task that are learned by me in effectively while going
through this project. With going through knowledge and creative aspects it is easy for me to
interpret both concept. As knowledge refers to familiarity and understanding as well as
awareness about facts, skills, description and information which is gained by education and
experience. Similarly, the term creativity refers to process in which something new and valuable
item is created that is related with tangible and intangible products. By combining knowledge
and creative it is easy for me to add more value in practical forms. Moreover, for existing
portfolio I understand and identify the entire market to gain better knowledge about prevailing
situations and market trends which are currently present in environment. The main motive and
the purpose to go through from all topics is to become a better individual as well as to develop
fine improvement plans due to which increase knowledge and skills helps me to increase my
decision-making skills to overcome from challenges which are faced during study (Wong and et.
al, 2019).
While understanding this portfolio there are several reports and topics are studied that is
used in future as well as that assist me for finding opportunities and challenges in market. SWOT
analysis also assist to ascertain my strong and weak points that helps to identify opportunities
and threats in order to match performance and capabilities with existing skills and abilities. The
main motive to understand SWOT is to perform work according to current situation. Like
concept of globalisation is increasing with rapid speed. Therefore, knowledge and creativity must
be managed according to international market and situations. As compare between creativity and
knowledge, creativity is more important because it develops new methods and give birth to new
process for developing evolution in process that are unique. Moreover, creativeness also helps
me to become more imaginative that is used to become good problem solver in my professional
and personal life. Further, creativeness also helps to deal uncertain challenges that will face
while performing work.

Along with this I also develop and formulate my resume that refers to demonstrate my abilities to
interviewer so that it is also for them to examine my skills and capabilities as per specific role.
Some other documents includes topic and documents related with critical thinking, group
presentation, formal and informal email writing which reflect effective methods to convey my
message to other persons. Further, with the entire summary related with portfolio I am able to
represent my whole experience with others in effective manner (Willison, 2018). Moreover, I has
studied about research skill that helps to conduct research in organised manner that linked with
knowledge and creativity. Along with this creative and reliable information also helps to perform
work with proper citation. Along with this literature review and reflection to increase my
research skill and quality.
1) REFERENCING
Referencing refer to those methods that consist of communicating ideas of another person
for their own writing. All assignment as well as reports must refer to all sources that is used to
work, fact, figures, ideas and thought that are consider in the report. In context of my reports all
information are provided according to reference that is used to ensure the report is free from
plagiarism as well as contain detail information about topics which are included in report. On the
other side, I prepared different reports and research in which citation is done for respective
reference. This also helps me to gain good marks by providing all information and data that is
written is accurate and reliable. In the last, with proper reference it is declared that the report also
contains contribution of other writers and researcher.
2) SWOT
SWOT analysis refers to the methodology and technique that is used to formulate
strategic planning by understanding and analysing strength, weaknesses, threats and
opportunities related with operations and functions of project. This is mandatory for the person
or individual to complete and understand their SWOT analysis due to which it is easy for them to
increase performance of work by implementing strength of organisation. This also helps me to
perform work as per viability of project and person. Moreover, on the basis of SWOT analysis
personal development plan is also developed in proper manner due to which goals and objectives

are developed in professional and personal manner (Tonegawa and Canon, 2019). I also used
SWOT analysis to determine those skills that aid me to overcome from weak areas and to
perform work in effective manner.
3) GROUP WORK
Group work and presentation refers to those mode of communication that are used to
demonstrate different situations related with speaking and talking on a specific content. Whereas,
group work refers to complete task by engaging different number of individuals on a specific
work. In simple terms group work involve to complete task by engaging more than two person.
The major benefit in group work helps me to boost my confidence as I face difficult to share and
represent my opinions to other persons. Therefore, by engaging in group task it is easy for me to
perform work as per related task and to convey my opinions in the work performance. This also
results the knowledge and creativity of my work is also increased.
4) ACADEMIC WRITING
Academic writing also known as the scholarly writing that is related with finishing of
work according to university and collage rules. This is also seen that academic writing is used to
publish several articles and journals which is investigates by teacher in the conference. Along
with this the main purpose of academic writing is to demonstrate valuable information to
facilitate clear knowledge about topic (Phadermrod, Crowder and Wills, 2019). Along with this
with right academic skills also helps to improve my overall performance as it helps to undertake
accurate and reliable information such as to implement right spelling and reduces the
grammatical mistake from the content. So the meaning and message will be convey in
transparent manner according to goals and objectives of creativity and knowledge.

5) THINKING INTO CHARACTER.
This is defined as the transformational program that support personal development and
aids to set personal, professional, educational as well as career goals. This is also termed as the
proven methodology which helps to generate and create more success as compare to other
individuals. As it also helps me to increase my thinking skills for accomplishing of goals and to
take actions which leads to improve better future. This program also aids me to fill the gaps
which is needed to achieve productive results. Sometimes, this thinking skills also impact on
individuals to become a creative person.
6) EMAIL WRITING.
Email are defined as the method that is used to arrange, send, sort and receive message
over electric communication system and mode. Along with this email are the most cheaper and
fastest method for communication. Moreover, email are written in formal and informal method
so it is used by me for communicating with both friends and co-workers. Formal emails are
written within a proper format and structure (McGuire and OBroin, 2019). Whereas, informal
mails are casual and not written with particular format. Along with this I also take different
session to develop my email writing skills so that my way of communication methods on mails
will be improved such as to transfer message in less words with more effectively. As it is most
effective method to transfer message at global level.
7) LITERATURE REVIEW.
This is defined as the comprehensive summary which is related with research topic.
Literature review consists different articles, books and scholarly which are relevant with specific
research problem. It also includes theoretical base related with research task that assist me to
determine nature of work. Moreover, literature review facilitate the clear description and
summary as well as evaluation of all sources that are used in research work. Along with this the
main purpose of literature review is to explain and summarise existing study that is conducted

with specific study for completing research in effective manner (Brañas-Garza, Kujal and
Lenkei, 2019). This also plays an essential role in my research study as it demonstrate how
investigation relates with my prior research work and statistics which is display with relevance
and originality of program that I studied.
8) REFLECTION.
This relates with my actually learning that is learned from entire research and to
understand that how this experience assist me to become an effective scholar. Reflecting also
defined as the place of piece that is self reflective writing as it is one of the most essential aspect
in learning. It also help me for developing skills and to review their effectiveness which is
followed for equal assessment. Along with this reflective statement also consider as the academic
style of writers which emphasis on increasing skills and to describe them as the way which is
learned with perspective of creative writing and use of relevant information. I also used
reflection in most projects so it communicate effectively that what skills are learned by me while
performing projects.
9) Cover letter
Cover letter refers to those documents that are provided to employer in addition to make
resume attractive and reflective. This is also treated as the letter of introduction that is provided
by job seekers. It also undertake several aspect that are not included in mention documents but it
is necessary to generate more procurement with other individuals. The main purpose of this letter
is to apply for specific opening that is advertised by employer. I also update my cover letter on
constant basis as it is applied with job role that helps client to analyse my objectives for
generating taking results.

10) Interview skills
To appear in an interview it is mandatory for the individuals to set some standards for
preparing themselves in the work. This preparation undertakes to gain sufficient information
about the company and post which is applied by individual. Along with this to understand
changes that impacts on operations and functions of organisation. Such preparation also help to
develop confidence in me because I am already aware about changes and aspects that improve
image in front of candidates. Self-introduction, strength and weaknesses are also prepared by me
to appear in the job as it gives confidence for responding towards questions which are asked by
interviewer.
11) Data interpretation
Information and data are the major aspects for organisation that increases performance of
the research. This also refers that with right information and data it is easy to produce effective
results that directly increases performance of research. In the context of my skills and
capabilities it is identified that it increases my knowledge by analysing all data. This refers by
interpreting data in proper manner it is easy to complete all task in effective manner as my
projects are based with particular topics (Abe Pease and Real, 2019). So skills, knowledge and
creative results are gained by me through performing work as per reliable data and information.
12) Plagiarism
The term plagiarism refers to those act and instances that undertakes similar data and
language as well as thoughts without taking permission of particular person. This act directly
impact on the breach of ethics due to which dishonesty situation is generated. It also refers that it
also impact on readers as well as writers by reducing reliability of such project at academic level.
I always prefer that my work will not relates with plagiarism so I refers to complete my project
with more research due to which new ideas will be included in the project at college level as wel
as to prepare project with in right manner.
