INTRODUCTION
Knowledge and creativity plays the crucial role to improve the quality of life. It gives
person ability to understand, analyse, make better decision and to get evolve with intelligent
thought (Arnold and Boggs, 2019). This is very effective term to get positive changes in the
society and country. Henceforth, this can be said that the theory of knowledge and creativity is
based on department of philosophy.
The present study is based on Knowledge and creativity. Furthermore, report will cover
the experience of effective communication and process that enables to improve performance.
Lastly, reflection will be undertaken to determine individual performance, behaviour and
experience in education.
PART A
Demonstrate the experience of effective communication that enables to improve performance.
OVERVIEW OF REFLECTION
The present report is on reflection of working experience of customer service as Cargo
driver in which I have served the needs of multicultural clients. In order to reflect the experience,
this study will include Dirscoll's reflective model that aids to define the implication of different
course of action (Reflective Essay Using Driscoll's Reflective Framework, 2018). This is defined
in following manner as are-
What?
During my first job as Cargo driver I had responsibility to deliver 100 parcel in a day to
customers at specific time. To deliver the better services, this was crucial to make better
communication with management authorities to be informed of any change (Moore and Lawrie,
2018). I m not good in making communication and this has impacted my service to one of
client. I was also not good in managing the time and to deliver the timely service to client. Once,
I was informed by the management authority to deliver some particular parcel to customer on
given time. Next day, I got call from my senior to deliver the parcel to other client and I was
forgot to let them know about the previous delivery that was informed earlier. This act of mine
has affected the my one of the customer and this also put impacts on the working of the
individuals.
This was my mistake, I should have informed about it as I had to be on time. This
negligence has showed that I am not good in communication with others and this made me forgot

about important task. I felt that once I should have communicated to my senior as delivering the
timely services to client was one of my prime responsibility.
So What?
Though in this scenario, I did not communicated effectively and this has affected my all
over work. Now, I think that I was ethically incorrect. As per this scenario, I have faced the
ethical dilemma in the above given situation. My responsibility is not to just related to care but I
must have involved myself ethically in whatever I was doing. I came to know that ineffective
communication can put barriers and this can affect the working conditions in the negative aspect.
In order to get overcome from this kind of situation in future, I must take effective steps
to bring improvement in my communication skill. Though, I followed the ethical principle of
making communication at the workplace. I think as per the above mentioned scenario, my
conduct was very unprofessional and that had made me learn about the key concepts of ethical
practices and ethical codes that needs to be implemented in terms to conduct the things
effectively in future. Thus, first ethical responsibility of being cargo deliver was in terms to
provide safe, competence and timely services to the customers (Ganea and Senju, 2018). I also
had the responsibility to collaborate with the management authorities and my senior authorities
so I do not get delayed in providing services to customers. I know my activities was against the
ethical practices of the customer services. In order to get improvement in it, I need to put focus
over enhancing my communication skill so that could help me to bring effective improvement in
it.
My ethical values required me to preserve the dignity towards the customer by providing
proper assistance and timely services. I had to analyse the all the legal implication in the above
mentioned case so in future I can able to beware of the all situations. I learnt a lot in due to this
mistake. I should have been mindful of ethical values of providing customer services in timely
manner. I must say that I needed to practice as per the values in code of ethics of providing
timely services to customers by bringing up improvement in the communication and time
management skills.
Now what?
The reflection on the ethical dilemma faced by in the above mentioned case gave me a lot
of learning experience. It is the experience that has made me more firm to practice

communication and time management as per the set standards of rendering customer services
(Scalice and Voytek, 2019). In order to undertake the future course of action I will try to be more
alert and active to communicate about each little task and will be aware to identify the
irresponsible actions that can create harm to customers. In may point of view, I needed to put
focus on maintaining communication skills with managing authorities at my workplace in future.
This would helps me to not to hamper working conditions.
PART B
Influence on individual performance, behaviour and experience.
As I have mentioned above that due to improper communication I made a mistake and
this has impacted my service to one of client. This experience has affected me a lot. It has
affected my professional life and also put negative impact on my performance. I always gave my
best to assist customer with timely services. So, I must say that effective communication skill
plays crucial role in terms to carry out day to day activities at any professional place.
This has also affected my behaviour as I became demotivated after this incident taken
place. After that incident, I tried a lot to develop my communication as well working skills so
that in future I can able to become the effective employees. I must say that having good
communication skill is very essential. It can helps to individual to individual with conducting
proper task and maintaining effective job skills and also in other kind of the situation. This
incident has changed me a lot. With this experience, I wants to render the best services to
customer so that in future my professional career be advanced and I can perform effectively. In
order to be effective in the future I needs to render the best and effective services to the
customers so that I can able to build better advancement for future. Thus, effective performance
of the individual aids to render the best services to the customers.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be aforementioned that knowledge is crucial part as this
helps to bring out the creativity within an individual. The present report is based on undertaking
reflection about the working experience of an individual.
Furthermore, report has covered the activities as to undertake the reflection with use of
Driscoll's model. Lastly, reflection has been undertaken in relates to individual performance,
behaviour and experience encountered at the employment.
