Introduction
Knowledge and creativity refers to important aspect for business management so that
businesses can bring innovation in the market (Tran and et. al., 2017). Students are required
to successfully work on creative thinking while completing different courses in order to make
sure that they can maintain skill gap and attain their aims and objectives successfully.
Reflective summary
There are a number of different functions related to employability for a student. It is
necessary that students are successfully performing all the activities so that their business
objectives can be fulfilled. These functions are helping students to develop various skills and
performance which are required for them in professional field. It will successfully help them
in achieving all the aims and objectivists when they are working as professionals. Different
skills are related to various fields and some of the skills necessary to be developed by every
student. I have successfully worked upon a number of skills which are now helping me to
develop my academic career along with professional career (Brem, 2019). The skills included
using a number of different techniques and tools so that all the requirements can be fulfilled.
I have successfully worked upon my communication skills, analytical skills,
presentation skills, team working skills which are now helping me to work on my personal
and professional career. In order to develop all these skills I developed an action plan which
have successfully help me to achieve all the required skills in given time period. I
successfully worked upon my strengths that helped me better to enhance my skills. On the
other hand I analysed all my weaknesses that have built creativity in my skills. There were a
number of barriers faced by my while working on all these skills. I made an action plan
consisting of all the resources that were required in order to develop these skills.
There are a number of different functions I analysed which were necessary to be
worked upon so that I can attain advantage for my future. When taking the current module
into context it was necessary for me to build time management skill that helped me in
attaining all the objectives of my action plan. The changing needs and trends in the current
market scenario have adversely affected a number of steps that I took. I have shaped my
knowledge and skills that will successfully help me in managing all the functions that are
required to be performed by me in future. The management activities required by me are of
great help which will help me in career growth.

Conclusion
The above reflective report concludes that there are a number of skills required by
students to successfully set up their goals and objectives required by them while they are
working on their professional and academic career. All these skills successfully enable
creative thinking in students which enable them to work upon their career and achieve all
their set goals for future.
