INTRODUCTION
Knowledge is gained by the person on the basis of their experience and their level of
education. Also an individual gets the knowledge from the current situations and the scenario.
Information is gathered from all such sources by the individual (Phillips, 2015). Creativity is an
art which is developed by the individual on the basis of their knowledge and skills so possessed
by them. This helps them to get innovative results and to identify the unique ways of doing
things. While preparing for success at university the student acquires knowledge, skills and
capabilities which aware them about various concerns they may face. Along with this they will
get to know about various ethical and social responsibilities etc. All these will help them in their
self development which will further help them in being successful at the university.

How and why you have developed as a learner
During preparing for success at university I developed various skills with the help of
various books and journals. All these will effectively help me in getting successful at the
university and in the future as well. I acquired various books, journals, magazines, newspapers
etc. for gathering information and knowledge about the current topics. While preparing for
success at university I had to develop various skills which could help me in becoming
academically strong that will in turn help me in my personal and professional growth. During
this process I was able to acquire various skills and knowledge regarding the university subjects
so that my level of creativity could increase which will help me in dealing with various
challenges and issues that I will face in my personal and professional life. The knowledge and
creativity that I have acquired will not just help me in being successful at the university but will
also help me in getting my dream job which will help in building my career (Komives, 2016).
These also helped me in my overall self development by enhancing my awareness and
knowledge about various aspects related to social and ethical values that can help me in dealing
with problems that are related with building relations both at university and in the field where I
will pursue my career. My communication skills also became effective which will help me in my
academic and professional development. Effective communication skills acquired by me will
help in understanding the messages that are delivered to me in the same sense in which they are
desired by the sender to be interpreted. This will increase my efficiency as a learner and I will be

able to grap things easily. This will also help in enhancing my logical thinking capability and my
skills related to reasoning which are important in the contemporary world in order to grow and
develop. These skills are important to be me in my career prospects and will also help me in my
studies so that I could become successful in the university. This will increase opportunities for
me to apply in courses for further studies and can also help me in choosing from various jobs that
are available for boosting my career. The other skills that I developed were acquiring
technological and digital based knowledge which is important for me in getting an advantage
over other students and can help me in becoming successful in my career. The other skills that
are acquired by me which will help me in gaining my objective at the university are data
interpretation, working with numerical problems and other logical reasoning skills. All these
skills will together help me in my career prospective (Carmeli and Paulus, 2015).
Reflection on approaches to future challenges and expectations of university course
For becoming successful at the university, I had to work so hard as as the university level
of competition is so high which is why I have to consider various aspects such as various courses
which are being offered at the university, other activities which are conducted by them etc. All
this will help me to be easily comfortable with the environment of the university. To be
successful at the university I need to gather in depth knowledge on various issues which will
develop in habit of taking things seriously and to link them with other important issues. Although
to survive in the college will not be that easily because other students have been preparing for so
long to get admission and to get other advantages (Mittal and Dhar, 2015). For improving the
level of communication which is must I have to take various sessions and need to read a lot of
books. This is something I am doing from so many days. Along with that I am developing the
skills of analysing and critical thinking which will help me in understanding the situations easily
and effectively. Also I can analyse the positive and negative impact of various situation and that
will make me an efficient decision maker. On the basis of all these skills I can easily participate
in various activities which will be conducted at the university and even outside the university but
on behalf of university. The recognition which I will get from this will enable me in building a
successful career. In this competitive world I have to acquire some technological skills such as
computer courses, machine languages as they will give me advantage in my career. Because it
will help me in understand the impact of technology on the my job role. All such skills will make
me a competent person and to build a healthy career (Etzkorn and et. al., 2018).

CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that in order to become successful at
university it is important to acquire various skills and knowledge so that the academic problems
can be creatively solved. This will help in the overall self-development of the person so that the
academic and professional careers can be secured and success can be achieved on both the
platforms. The creativity of the person increases which will enhance the critical thinking ability
of the person so that problems can be solved in an efficient manner. This helps the person in
being successful at the university which will also help in the career prospects of the person.
