INTRODUCTION
Creativity basically refers to the ability to create something new or imaginative while
knowledge is a kind of an accumulation of experiences and facts. There is a positive relationship
between knowledge and creativity where knowledge is valuable when it is combined with
creating new, creativity and inexpensive solutions. For the students knowledge and creativity
plays a very significant role because knowledge is valuable when it is combined with creating
new, creativity and inexpensive solutions. From the perspective of students, it is very important
that to update the knowledge according to changing period of time. The present report will cover
discussion about how the individual developed as a learner during this module with support of
examples from the experience on the module. In addition to this, the report will cover analysis
about the future challenges and expectations of the university course.

As a learner, I have developed various types of skills which can be applicable into the
academic and professional context. From the professional and academic point of view, the most
important skill is the communication skill. Without communication skill it becomes very difficult
to survive into the professional and academic life. During this module, as a learner I have
realised that communication skill is very significant role in both the kinds of life. During this
module, i have developed as a learner in such a manner that i have grasp every thing into positive
manner. During this module, I have realised that I have to work on different kind of skills where
I need to learn time management skill, analytical skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking
skill, team working skill etc. So the adoption of these skills turns out to be my personality as a
learner as well. From the experience of this module, I have realised that I need to update my
knowledge according to the changing period of time so its very important that to be positive as a
learner. For instance, from this module I have experienced that communication is the key to
achieve any kind of target so I need to work on this skill and I have to change my personality as
a learner so that I can easily grasp the things into result oriented form. This example also proves
that how effectively I became a learner from this module with the right kind of approach.

So in the overall manner, I have realised while learning from this module that for
becoming an effective learner it is very important that to be open, adaptive and need to be
understanding according to the situation as well. In this manner, I have developed as a learner for
further growth and improvement of my life.

university course
There are certain approaches which can be used for the future challenges and
expectations of the university course which can be defined into the following manner:
For overcoming the challenges of university course it is very important that to manage
the time into effective terms. I can also invest into the daily planner and also kept the one
calender for exams, family events and assignments. I have to also focus on learning the study
skills and also I ask questions and participate into the class discussions. I can also seek the
academic advising and manage the finances as well. According to the expectations of the
university course, I need to be very authentic, to the point and result oriented as well. I have to
plan the course of university in such a manner that I can focus on every aspect of the university
life. There are certain kind of future challenges where I have to face problems so for that purpose
I always make a back up plan so that I can over come the challenges into fast pace manner with
the right kind of actions and with the result oriented actions as well. I also focus on the team
work so that any kind of big problem can be faced by the team and can find out the solutions into
fast pace manner. It is important that to be future focused and also focus on teaching the complex
thinking skills so that I can face any kind of problem with the right kind of approach. These are
the approaches which can be used in order to tackle with the future challenges and expectations
of the university course. That's why it is very important that to focus on the use of approaches in
order to resolve the problems into fast pace manner.

CONCLUSION
The above stated report concludes that creativity and knowledge plays a very significant
role in terms of development of an individual. It has been concluded for developing as a learner
it is important that to be cooperative and need to have adaptive nature so that further
improvement can be done accordingly for it. It has been determined that there are certain
approaches which can be used for the future challenges and expectations of the university course.
It has been observed that these challenges need to be taken into serious terms and expectations
need to be fulfilled by the right kind of approach. So at the time of learning and further
development knowledge and creativity plays a very important role as well. That's why its very
important that to have proper relationship between them so that accordingly actions can be taken
for it.
