Brainstorm
4.2
a)
Reward efforts by using Brainstorm to increase personal insight worth
Australian organizations use the concept of
Brainstorming for increasing the individual worth
thought of the employees. As per the given case study, the company executives have arranged a
group discussion to identify creative solutions to the problem regarding low individual worth
perception of the employees. The employees often criticize that their worth perception is low.
The Brainstorm concept is being adopted by the company leaders as it is regarded as the
combined approach of problem-solving by sharing ideas and thoughts of the employees.Through
the process of Brainstorming the employees are being rewarded by the company owners that
generate their worth perception to large propagation (DeCaro, DeCaroand Rittle-Johnson, 2015).b) Increasing personal worth perception by using the Nominal Group Technique
Organizations in Australia use the
NGT for increasing personal worth perception. The technique
is applied to attract the employees for their contribution and for felicitating with reliable health
insurance, better salary structure, and retirement policies. There are certain steps included in the
NGT such as recording ideas, preliminary voting, serial discussion of ideas and final selection.
The NGT is being implemented in different company structure to provide scope to the employees
in giving positive consent for any idea (Godfroid, 2016).c) Increasing personal worth perception using Consensus Decision Making concept
According to the given case study, the idea of Brainstorming and Nominal Group Techniques are
being incorporated in different Australian company structure to reach a consensus decision
towards any problem. The
Consensus Decision Creating is being applied by company managers
to share ideas and thoughts of different employees to find an appropriate solution. The consensus
decision making helps the employees to take participation at any initial step that increases the
worth of personal perception. The fundamental approach of consensus decision-making tool is to
increase leadership among the workers by creating trust towards the company (Heiratiand
O’Cass, 2016). The advantages of using consensus decision making are protecting monetary
needs, encouraging employees, building commitment, sharing power and making better

Codification of Knowledge
5.1 A Horse
Knowledge codification is often regarded as accessed, articulated, codified and stored
knowledge that can be represented by using
Horse Frame, Collage Frame,
Airline
Frame. The codified knowledge is transmitted among the workers easily (McKelvie,
Wiklundand Brattström, 2018). The Horse Frame has developed below:

Application of frames: Flashdance the thoroughbred and the 18 hand
In case of the Horse Frame, the horse is categorized from thoroughbred families and which has
18 hands and it is able to jump as well. The Horse Frame represents the Animal industry of the
Australian community that has an immense influence on the economic growth of the country.
The thoroughbred animals like horses are used in racecourse that is closely associated and
attached with the global environment and financial standards. The thoroughbred horses are
trained and they maintain calmness in the stall (Ratten, 2016). Brenda a fourth-year liberal the medium-height and arts student
The Frame of College is being penetrated in the study to derive interrelation among the learning
sphere and financial spectrum of the country. The student has got attached with the learning
industry of the country that has immense impact on economic growth. The student belongs to the
collage frame, a young human, equestrian and undergraduate. The student lives at the dormitory. Fred a 30-year veteran airline captain
The Pilot comes from Airline frame who is a human, certified captain, veteran. Fred is 30years
old captain who lives in Chicago. The fundamental aim of presenting the airline frame is to
critically evaluate the interrelation between the airline industry and the economic growth of the
country.

Implementation of Knowledge Management
The case study has mentioned, it has been asked that what will be apt for knowledge incarnation
either the well-developed efficient collaborator, who is much efficient in several programming
languages, comprised of interpersonal techniques and knowledge. The reasons behind selecting
computer programmers like
creativity, problem-solving method, opportunities and
efficiency
in solving critical problems. The efficient computer programmer has been selected for
deliberating on the situation as the programmer will be eligible in solving different types of
problems. The
Knowledge Development (KM) project that is commonly known as
“Alpha” is
being easily monitored by an efficient computer programmer rather than a talented generalist.
The talented programmer will be able to rectify any kind of technical problems regarding the use
of programming skills and tools. The Australian companies have implemented the NGT to build
leadership among the employees. The NGT is easily monitored by an efficient and skilled
programmer who has sufficient knowledge regarding several programming languages such asPython, Java, and
C++. Any emerging issues related to software development in the Australian
organizations can be easily solved with the proper interference of any capable programmer than
any talented generalist. A talented generalist can only evaluate the general perception of any
problem using a rigorously analytical mind but they are unable to technically solve the problem.
The generalists can develop any competent knowledge of any significant problem but they are
not enough capable to derive any permanent solution of any issue by using programming
languages and skills.

7.1Stage 1: Learn and Advocate
As per the given case study, the Australian company has implemented the Knowledge
Development process which has been failed during its initial stages. The first stage of knowledge
development is to learn and advocate where the company managers require identifying various
resources for learning better solution of any specific problem. The process of Knowledge
establishment has failed in the first stage as the functional groups have neglected straddled and
business-critical knowledge. The Information Technology system is being failed to manage
knowledge in alpha.
Stage 2: Strategy Implementation
The second step of knowledge development is to build an effective strategy to mitigate possible
issues in the KM project. The strategy development process involves multiple stages such as
category, identification, and distribution of knowledge. The second step is being failed due to
lack of strategy implementation and lack of maintenance in different stages of Alpha's
development.
Stage 3: KM Project
The KM initiatives are being adopted to build “Knowledge-based worktables” in the
organization structure.
Stage 4: Support expansion and initiatives
The fourth stage of the Knowledge Development has given much commitment to the employees,
suppliers, investors, customers, and shareholders. The company owners have implemented the
KM project for approving the support and commitment of the stakeholders.
Stage 5: Institutionalize KM concept
The last stage of Knowledge Development is to institutionalize the KM concept.
