understand the knowledge management in any firm that uses the transaction of data as services
provided to the customer or the client. The major strengths of the whole process of the
knowledge management is calculated or evaluated primarily by the help of the correctness of the
methodologies that are used in order to explain the organization the major concept of knowledge
management. The research that is to be done over the knowledge management must be designed
or planned in such a way that various methods that might be used in the whole process must be
having their usability for specifically unique situations or scenarios.
