Introduction
In recent times there are different factors related to the working of the organization so
that the organization would be reaching a certain level of success. The level of success can be
directly be linked with the aspect of the working of the organization and the different standard of
operation which is included into the process (Taylor, Doherty and McGraw 2015) The quality of
the product which is produced can be stated to be one of the factor which ultimately drive the
business to the sector of the success. This aspect can be directly linked with the satisfaction level
of the customer. It can be stated as a basic guideline which is related to the proper working of the
organization so that there is no problem seen in the internal as well as external working of the
organization which can be directly be linked to the factor of success for the project.
In the report an organization is taken into consideration which is the GPBI. The
organization is one of the leaders which is related to the manufacturing of the battery all over the
world. It can be stated that the report majorly consists of the different factors which are related to
the context of the working of the project. At the end of the report taking into consideration the
factors of risk a system is proposed which would be directly altering the overall working of the
organization and include standard into the working.
Project background
Most of the assessment tools which are related to the concept of the intellectual capital
(IC)are based on the concept of the “top-down” approach which directly explores into the sector

sector of the Quality assurance relating to an electronic company relating to the assets of
knowledge relating to stock taking which is majorly done in the field of 5 departments in two
plant of manufacturing.
Problem in case study
One of the problem which can be directly related to the case study is the ignorance which
