Security has been acting as a major source of concern for the last
20 years. Security regulators around the world has increased to a
great extent. The government requirement and the significant
changes have been acting as one of the major reasons for the
growth of the security regulators. The corporate directors has been
acting as a body to provide advice for the betterment of the
company. Surpassing these acts another main source of concern is
to focus on the implementation of the plans that were suggested by
the corporate directors. Due to the fact that executive directors lack
the organization specific knowledge the imbalance in the
information asymmetry occurs.

Ethical Issues
The main concern of making the organization lead in their
respective industry is by abiding by the laws of the ethical
aesthetics of the organization.
The ethical issues faced by the organization namely: -

 Privacy Issues- Privacy acts to be the major concern for the
organization. This helps in the fact of the challenging the security
of the organization.
 Pressurizing employees- Employee treatment act as one of the
major reason that acts as the decisive factor for the betterment
of the organization.

Environmental Issues
The wastes that are produced in the processing of the work
functioning acts as the major threat to the environment. The
processing of the ICT gadget impacts negatively as the wastes that
are generated due to the processing of the ICT gadgets are
hazardous in nature and the effluents that are exquisite in nature
(Roman, 2015). These aspect of ICT waste has been affecting the
lifestyle of the people. The GHGs emission has been acting as the
worst threat possessed during the waste management of the ICT
gadgets.

Environmental issues
 The main problems that are faced in the processing of the e
waste management the element is the contamination of the
water ad the biosphere. As the only way to degrade the e waste
is by burning the same which cause tremendous air, water and
soil pollution. The wastes are not bio degradable in nature. Hence
the waste that is created stays in the environment and the
amount of this kind of waste keeps on increasing with each
passing day.

Organizational issues
The main problem that is seen in the processing of the data
management involves the fact that the decision making of the
organization is efficiently performed with the help of the group of
people taking the decision regarding the processing of the
stakeholders of the business. These stakeholders acts to be the
major reason behind the success of the business organization. This
ensures the fact that the stakeholders acts as the major liability of
the organization.

Organizational Issues
 The processing of the stakeholders must be aided by the board of
the members (Bannister and Connolly, 2014)
 The owner who has been a might perform mistakes who has
been acting as the sole member of the decision taking
 Wrong decision making has been acting as the major issue

Leadership issues
Leadership acts as the main quality for the processing of the
business policies. This leadership quality acts as the ace to the
organization. Leadership is a very rare quality that demarcates the
organization from being a revenue based company and a company
based on the good will of the global audience (Ludwig, Reuter and
Pipek, 2016). Passive leadership must be applied to the
organizational structure which will include the fact that the
employees stay connected to the organization

Leadership issues
 Active leaders acts as the major threat to the organization as the
single owner might commit mistakes in the processing of the
decision making. This ensures the fact that the decision making
of the organization gets tougher for the single leader

Conclusion
