Knowledge management is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge
and information of an organization 1. The purpose of the report is to describe the leadership
practices for knowledge management which influence the productivity of the organization.
Therefore, in this report “How effective leadership of knowledge management impacts
organizational performance” article is selected which is written by Mostafa Sayyadi in the year
2019. The authors describes that knowledge economy is dynamic which is highly related to the
practice of learning and provide the information regarding the manner in which individual either
learn, unlearn as well as relearn. Therefore, through this the knowledge of the manager’s gets
changed which is described as knowledge of the organization2.
Leadership play significant role in proper management of the knowledge in the corporation it is
lack of support from the top level managers, leaders reduces the efficiency of the organization
and can also reduce the capability to accomplish the project. It is also results that it can also
reduce the capability to sustain in the long run 3. Furthermore, the discussion is made on
describing the overall objective of the article, data collection method and findings which author
received from conducting the study regarding the influence of efficient leadership of knowledge
management on the overall outcomes of the organization.
Research Objective

that overall objective of the organization will be achieved 4. Therefore, the author focuses on
finding the reason that “how leadership affects knowledge management so that performance of
the organization will be achieved”. The study mainly focuses on the transformational leadership
because the estimation revealed that transformational leadership play major role in achieving the
outcomes of the corporations. It not only influence knowledge management in direct manner but
also develops various strategies and implements policies so that it can contribute towards the
knowledge management so that organizational tasks will be performed in efficient manner
according to the needs and requirement with low wastage and cost 5.

providing information about the association of transformational with the knowledge management
and that of organizational performance2. Therefore, the current study develop conceptual
framework so that relationship of knowledge management through transformational leadership is
reveled with the productivity of the organization. The study adopts the principle of validity,
adequacy because it also include firm internal resources and provide knowledge regarding the
role of leaders through which the knowledge of corporations is managed and it contributes to the
profitability of the organization in efficient manner. The research selects transformational
leadership this is because these types of leaders efficiently manage and administrate changes at
business level2.

The study adopted the secondary research that is by selecting the existing articles regarding the
subject matter, in this data is gathered by exploring the framework which contributes towards the
understanding the association among the knowledge management, organizational productivity as

From the above, it is conclude that transformational leadership leads in promoting the employees
by inspiring them to share the knowledge in organizations. Furthermore, it develops the pattern
by which the resources of the organizations are utilized in optimum manner and continuously
interact with the environment so that organizational objective will be achieved. It is also
conclude that transformational leaders concentrate highly on developing strategy through
knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition so that it can contribute positively to organization and
provide effective results in the organization.
Conclusion
From the above, it is conclude that transformational leadership leads in promoting the employees
by inspiring them to share the knowledge in organizations. Furthermore, it develops the pattern
