Introduction
This report contains some activity in knowledge management. How knowledge management is
important in the business process. Knowledge management is a process of sharing, management
and creating a knowledge-based model for any company or organization. There are few activities
is to complete in this session. There is some designing is including in this report. Knowledge
management has worked in the business process and also increase the worth of employee
payments. This topic is fully initialized in this report.

a) Using Brainstorm technique company can reward efficacy and increase worth easily. Many
rewards system should be used in personal interest. There should be an intrinsic reward handle in
an organization. This is the main rewards system that should be allowed in an organization
because there is an intrinsic reward exists in individual or achieving. This is not dependable for
another field. Intrinsic rewards should be available in the Workplace. It will reflect the ability of
a person, the ability of growth and ability of self-control. There should be an effective rewards
system available in the company. Effective rewards system has two types first is Intrinsic
rewards and second is Extrinsic rewards. This will provide opportunities to the employee that
will able to expand knowledge level. Tangible rewards are fully subsets of extrinsic rewards. It is
fully financial in nature and it will raise salary gossip. It is very simple like verbal praise and
better office.
b) Consensus technique is a part of the Nominal Group Technique (NGT). It will provide an
interface between Brainstorming and Consensus. This is the best solution to a given problem. It
will be used when some groups members are available to join the team. The main use of this
technique is to concern in-group members who are not participating. Some of team member are
thought work batter in noiseless area. This technique is used to solve personal worth case
problem. This technique has the primary goal to discuss the clarification of the problem
generated infield, it will not suitable to resolve difference type of onion. NFT is promote to
experts who have support to other expertise too. Nominal Group technique is ideal in every
situation to solve the nature of the problem. This is effectively in multilevel expert knowledge
and captures multiple talented expertise knowledge. The member of this group is thinking
saliently and works on the problem when that problem has to be finished within the given time.
Each member thinks ideas in his own way. They discussed all the ideas one by one. They keep
all ideas and information’s visible (Liebowitz & Frank, 2016).
c) Consensus decision making is an idea that will make agreements between two groups. This
agreement is fully related to given problem and it has task to finish the task with best solution.
Brainstorming is to followed by Consensus decision making problem efficiently way. This is
work as a tool for brainstorming and has provided standardization and fairness of consensus. It

reaching a goal to satisfies agreement of all employee in particular groups. System rewards
promises are mainly about getting some condition like buying status and promotions. There are
many benefits of Consensus like sharing power, building communities, getting things done,

In my way of opinion, I think if anyone wants to build a knowledge developer they have must
some skills developed. They have analytics mind, they can think many ways. If some have one
specialty and have good knowledge about in its field so they can achieve knowledge
development as like any other. But maybe they have no analytics thing build in his mind as that
many things may occur. Knowledge developer has fully based on analytics mind changes. They
are more delicate in his field and nontech field. System developer or programmer has full
knowledge about its field but maybe they have no analytics and delicate knowledge. But well
developed inter skill person has full knowledge of all analytics field.

1. Advocate and learn
This is the first stage of frailer of knowledge management. There are many points is to learn in
these steps. This step is to identify and advocate the Knowledge management team. This is also
identified as focal points of Knowledge management. Experience of another company is fully
based on the knowledge management ladder. This will identify and advocating knowledge
management task. Knowledge management also initiated and promoted in wide-ranging support
system. This will introduce the things which supported in knowledge management. This is an
improper company or organization structure (Omotayo, 2015).
2. Develop a strategy
Knowledge management is fully worked on high organization term and lead high-level
examples. This will initiate a high-level field like CEO, in IT sector department and also in
human resource departments. Knowledge management is the main topic of interest. Some
Employee of organization or we can say the company has participated in the conference. The
organization also fully supports employee who has worked in own organization. They will create
high-level vision continued in knowledge management. In knowledge, management advocacy is
the main and first initiated task to be performed by KM. Another point of development strategy
in KM is to identify and resolved the problem of KM members who are working for company
profiles. They will make a focal point to identifies its strength. Another point of KM is how the
employee can learn some task to identifies some experience in the organization. An employee
can give benefits from an organization using KM.
3. Design and launch KM initiatives
In this point task is assigned to the employee of organization, which has design and identifies the
financial resources. Fully projects have came in stage 3 where all task is assembled by KM
initiatives. In this step the projects is designed and captured by employee and employee should

have analysis the implementation of projects procedures and strategies. All task for projects in
teams has been listed by leaders and they will be implemented as we as trained. The projects
have to be indicated and measured by leader, and leader established the projects. Then they will
design and implement the reporting result and tracking for system. All action is performed by
this point. All initiative is ready to proceed in KM (Hislop, et. al., 2018).
4. Expand and support initiatives
There are some actions is to performed by this task. In the first action which is used to make an
expansive strategy and it will include processing like all at one strategies and selection process.
These are the two main actions. For second action it will market and communicate the
knowledge management initiatives. In this, they incorporate and disseminated information which
related to KM. The third action of this point is to develop a model which manages the
Knowledge management growth and controlling the Knowledge initiatives.
5. Institutionalize knowledge management
This is last condition for implementing frailer case of Knowledge management. In this stage say
that knowledge management is directly linked and initiated to business model. There are many
types of Knowledge management initiatives that have been developed in the organization field.
These strategies are identifying the gaps. The sharing of knowledge is the best rule in an
organization which fully based on KM initiatives and all time is actively worked. There are some
action is fully available to obtain senior executive officer and CEO.

We have successfully analysis this task. In this report how knowledge management is important
in any organization is learned. We have learned the implementation of failure of KM is worked.
We have also developed a design horse, student, and pilot. The screenshot of this design is
