4.2.1
The motivated workplace is a key factor for any organization. Motivated employees can
generate better results they work with more passion and provide accuracy in the work. This
helps organizations to produce more and more profit. Unmotivated and unhappy workplaces
cannot generate better results. Employees are the backbone of the organization. If employees
are happy then only they can give all the efforts in the organization and increase the growth
of the organization. The way that can motivate the employees is rewarding them in the
workplace which is the best way to motivate and increase the overall growth of the
organization (Omotayo, 2015).
Two types of rewards are as following:
I. Intrinsic Rewards
II. Extrinsic Rewards
Intrinsic Rewards
Intrinsic motivation is all about to motivate the employees without providing any financial
and awards but providing the joy of working, providing a happy environment that encourages
the employees to give 100% to the work. This time of rewards motivates the people and it
cannot be provided by any other, it occurs in own individual. If employees of the
organization are self-motivated and they have the inner confidence and want individual
growth in the organization. By the help of this type of rewards employee feels motivated and
they learn the self-control. The main thing is that according to this type of reward money is
not enough to motivate the employee there are also many ways to motivate the employee in
the organization. And the last important thing is that intrinsic rewards make employees feel
that they also have a contribution to the growth of the company.
Extrinsic Rewards
Extrinsic rewards have directly related to the financial kind of rewards. Extrinsic rewards
include increment in the salary, bonus providing for the excellent work, etc. this all rewards
are based on the employee’s performance. Organizing the award night, verbal motivation by
seniors and promotions are included in the extrinsic rewards.
4.2.2
To provide the solution in the organization there are many techniques and methods evolve.
One of the best methods is to identify the problem and create a solution for the same problem.
This whole process is known as nominal group technique. This technique is very fast to
identify the problem and generating the solution. This technique has only requirement is a
pen and a paper for an individual person who participates in the process of nominal group
technique. This technique works as only people need to create the blueprint of the ideas of
ownership and write it down of the paper. After completing the session all papers are checked
carefully and by the agreement of seniors and employees one idea that has more votes
consider as the final. This method is popular because all the employees take part or in other
words, they give contribution.

4.2.3
Organizations have often misunderstanding between employees and senior executives. They
all have different thoughts and mindset which make occur conflicts in the organization. To
prevent this organization, make a decision according to the Consensus decision-making
approach. With the help of this approach all group members of the organization have clear
view of the rising topic. The main advantage of this decision technique is that all put down
the individual thought which will be profitable for all. Employees feel like they contribute to
the organization and due to this problem of employee personal worth perception is sorted out.
This technique of decision can generate better decision for the organization as well as
employees.

On the basis of my knowledge, successful knowledge developer is one who has great
communication skills and good knowledge of analytics. Personality also has the main role to
become knowledge development. The main work of knowledge management is taking care of
information about the company or organization. Management and providing information
about the organization is also the work of knowledge management. In other words we can say
knowledge management is the work of people who has sharp memory and have good
interaction manner. There is no need for such things as complicated codes and complex
algorithms. So, I feel that one who has great communication skills will become a good
knowledge developer (Geisler & Wickramasinghe, 2015).
