Introduction
This report if fully described by the Knowledge management system. How can knowledge
management used in business process. Knowledge management is description of existing
knowledge and fully worked in new knowledge management system. This is creativity In new
business. KM is need of business or organization or company. It is not a full description of new
technology. This is famous in analytical world. In this assignment there is four activity here
which is relative to knowledge management.

4.2.1
Brainstorming is a fully analytic process which generates random ideas about any field. This will
help us in business process. It will help to employee for setting their incomes which earned by
working in any organization or company. This process is randomly and freely generating many
opinions, solutions, and ideas through freewheeling discussion of people on the hot topic. In
group discussion it will have best feel best approaches. For rewards of employee there is two
types of rewards we must know like Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards. These rewards will
help us for allotting income to employee. The evolution of idea generated from brainstorming is
fully based on Intrinsic rewards. In this all solution are possible considered. This process is used
in for calling voters and nominate the agreement of all employee (Lee, et al., 2016).
4.2.2
Nominal group technique is fully based on brainstorming and it has few experts who are working
in any organization. They mitigate all process in field and set losses when meeting a confection
and solved by experts. This technique is used for linking two-phase first is brainstorming and
second is consensus. This is used to solved employee personal worth case problem. Nominal
group technique is time-consuming and worst useful for richer. This technique is used for
creating an idea in work field. This also used in writing of ideas. Consensus technique is altered
by nominal group technique In caption of multiple knowledge this technique is more useful and
have full benefit in particular type of field. Nominal group technique is idea in workspace and
full effect in organization. This is used to solving the nature of problems.
4.2.3
Consensus decision making is liked with the nominal group technique. This is worked as a tool
worked. This technique has covered the problem. This technique says the guarantee to solve the
problem of business domain. It has agreement of clear solution of problem which given by
organization. While problem is solving it will take few hours for solved best solution. The
rigidity of a problem is main domain for research in consensus problem. The experts who are
working in organization must be faced with rigidity of problem of consensus domain. This tool
also worked with domain which related to brainstorming.

In my way, I choose analytic person like generalist which is well skill with inters ale skill and
have good knowledge of Knowledge management system. At the point of programmer they have
full knowledge of their world of technology. They can make any software, any websites and any
region of technology. But maybe they have no knowledge about analytics field and inter skill.
About point of analytic person they have any type of specification which is non technical but
have good price in knowledge management field. Like they have self-motivated. They have soft
skill. They can be used to work in problem-solving approaches. Problem-solving approaches
have best opinion in knowledge science, they have ability to worked in any depression node.
They have skill of self-management and self-confidence. They are flexible in world list and can
meet to any other organization. They are adaptable. The level of negotiation is low as compare to
welled skill programmer (Paulin & Suneson, 2015).

1. Advocate and learn
This is the first process of failure of implementation of knowledge management. It sector is
fully responsible for advocate for implementing KM. they are some challenges regarding this
steps like they have overlooking issues and not addressing type of issues in this field. They
may be ignored some practical’s an inbuilt culture. They have ability to solved the problem
of unreasonable. They can create an unnecessary hype, unnecessary sell budget and sell the
approached of first building sentences. The failure of implementing knowledge management
has main point is advocacy. They identify the members and learned the stages of identifiers.
The next steps are fully based on experience of company or organization. They need to know
the experience of company for achieving final steps. Then they are used to involve searched
advocates in organization.
2. Develop a strategy
This is the second stage of knowledge management failure . in this step it is used to
characterize and identifies the knowledge assets in the organization. They make a project
with conceptual understating of projects relative lines and make a framework best regards to
projects. They develop a framework as regards to person. For making a project which is
relative to pilot they have first task to implement the pilot's data. They need to know how
many years of pilot have. Where they are leaving now. The task if fully related to cross-
functional paragraph. Some members are used brainstorming task for clear the assessment.
They need to know all details of pilot.
3. Design and launch KM initiatives
This is the third process of implementing the failure of knowledge management. In this we
need to know how far we can design a solution of given task. For example pilot project, this
is fully based on conceptualizing the data and design the framework of these relatives. There
is a leader initialed in pilot task. All pilot has to full fill the rule and instructions given by
leader. So there are some procedures and policies which are expanding the pilot initiatives.
4. Expand and support initiatives:
This is four-step of implementing the failure of knowledge management. This is fully based
on how we can expand the advertise of task and take some supports to initiatives. So we need
to explore some desire activities in this field. We can also use the promotions and some
marketing fundamental of KM throughput. Two actions are used to identifies the expansion
strategy. First is all at one strategy and second is selection of pilot strategies.

This fully describes the institutional knowledge management under KM. We must know
about the knowledge management model as well as business model because it will directly
liked to business model. This step is final step of implementing the knowledge management
task. This will normalize the sharing knowledge. This is applied to all people like manager,
employee, CEO, etc. this will reconstruct the organizational budget for some conditions. This
will extends the working fundamentally in organization so that business will be worked
continuously.

Conclusion
In this report, this fully describes the knowledge management task. There are 4 points which we
are learned using this report. We have successfully learned this task which is related to KM. In
first task there are three points which related to brainstorming, consensus study, and Normal
technique. And we have also made design of horse, pilot, and student. In these design they are
similar but have different sense. We also study implementing the failure process of KM. there is
5 point which we are learned by this process. All five points are related to each other. The
screenshot of the design is attached in this file. These are fully based on Knowledge
management. So knowledge management is used in business model and as well as real life. we
have also learned the analytics functionality of people. We can make difference of well
programmer and generalist. They have main roll in business model. So in this report we have
learned all fundamental task of knowledge management system.
