retrieves knowledge and improve collaboration, locates knowledge sources, mines repositories
for hidden knowledge. The purpose of knowledge management system is to explores the

study will also base on the knowledge management system of the case study of WeCare Wildlife
Group (WWG). However, this Study will further explains and also developing a Knowledge
Management System for the better development. Also I need to develop a database structures
and how these are best in contributing the structure for staff members. At the end segment of
the study it will explains the Monitoring techniques to evaluate the development areas.
