Introduction:
In this assessment, student will know about knowledge management system and how do work
with an organization. This assessment shows about key elements of knowledge management
process and many stages of implementing the failure of a global company. This assessment also
shows about NGT (normal group technique) and Consensus decision making. Knowledge
management is a process of sharing, creating, managing and also using the information and
knowledge for a company. Knowledge management process refers many approach about
multidisciplinary for achieving an objective of an organization in which to make the greatest use
of knowledge.
In this assessment, student will know about knowledge management system and how do work
with an organization. This assessment shows about key elements of knowledge management
process and many stages of implementing the failure of a global company. This assessment also
shows about NGT (normal group technique) and Consensus decision making. Knowledge
management is a process of sharing, creating, managing and also using the information and
knowledge for a company. Knowledge management process refers many approach about
multidisciplinary for achieving an objective of an organization in which to make the greatest use
of knowledge.

a) In this part, the focus on the participant’s creativity in which it is related to the company that
can reward of participants efforts and increase the person’s worth perception rather than increase
the pay process. In this some methods are included such as first is to recognize the well
performance of participants and also give them rewards, and second is to encourage the other
participants to bring up their innovative and latest ideas in which they can improve their
department and also can involve with other employees in complex situation of decision making
which is related to the company. The implementation of these two points in the company, will
rise the perception of employees of personal worth and it will significantly lead of the reduction
process of employee’s turnover and it will be also helpful to improve the performance of the
company. In this, many ways can include to improve the employee’s fulfillment and also
company requirements. In this, employees should be decreased their stress of commuting and
also stopped their lot of time waste. Employees should be encouraged themselves with social
connections and create a good environment for growing the process of company.
b) Normal group technique is a designing part in which it promotes the participation process of
the group in the process of decision making. The normal group technique is used for small group
in which it can reach on the documentation of key difficulties and in the solution of development
that can be verified by using the cycles of rapid changes. NGT (normal group technique) is used
to provide both information which is related to quantitative information and qualitative
information and also provide a combination of method approach. NGT is a price effective, time
effective and also executed with consumer groups and health professional. Normal group
technique is helpful to identify the potential solution and the elements of a problem and allow the
member of group to arrange those solution (Donate, 2015).
The Delphi method is the best method in which its aim to gather predictions on all issues which
is related to political and also military.
c) Consensus decision making is a process of group of members in which all member agrees and
develops to support a process of design. In this consensus design making, every participant’s
input is considered carefully and it is a good process to communicate all genuine concern. A
consensus is a process in society in which it maintains a social activity and order. A consensus is
a good approach for group decision making in which all the group members are in a cooperative
manner and trust of group members is reached consensus. Decision making of the consensus is
also very good approach in which all group member can communicate with each other and also
develop a mutual thoughtful among the group members and also make a good environment.
Consensus is useful to create and bring up many new creative ideas in which it can help in
making a group.
