Efficient management of knowledge in an organization is a crucial factor for the growth and
success of the organization. Knowledge is considered to be one of the most important assets
for any company. Tech-world Australia highly focuses on the knowledge and gathered
information in order to ensure efficiency and productivity. Tech-world Australia highly
considers technology to be an important component of its knowledge management strategy.
The company support various systems; collaboration, structure and teams for manage
knowledge. The efficient utilization of knowledge and other resources of the company are
measured by developing a process and design to manage change in the organization.
Knowledge sharing is the culture of the company (Alegre, Sengupta and Lapiedra, 2013).
Tech World Australia utilizes various tools and practices including group interviews, focus

Therefore, by applying various tools, process and techniques the company ensures the
various knowledge and accurate information in flown in the organization in every levels at
the right time and the right place. Tech-World has wide range of talented, skied and
knowledgeable employees in the organization, which is a useful asset to the company. Proper
utilization and efficient utilization of the existing knowledge and skills are highly important.
It can maintain its competitiveness in the market by effective and efficient utilization of
knowledge in the organization (Donate and de Pablo 2015). The culture of the company and
its structure ensures that information can be assessed by all the employees and assessed at the
