INTRODUCTION
Knowledge management is a system which can help businesses be able to maintain their
information and data for the future use. Tesco which belongs from the retailing industry and has
established themselves in the market for 101 years therefore it is very important for the company
to be able to maintain that factor. The report is going to discuss about the changes and the system
which is being used in the organization so that there is going to be a better performance of the
organization in the market.
MAIN BODY
Scope and Plan
Tesco is already having a large customer base for them in the market which is why it is
very essential for the company to get in knowledge management so that they can make the
satisfaction level of the customers increase. The brand image and errors in the organization are
going to reduce because of this factor for a long run which is a very essential factor (Mayén
Cañavate and et.al., 2019).
Approach and Methods
There are different approaches which Tesco can have so that the reputation of the
organization is going to be well maintained in the market. Expert system is going to help Tesco
be able to grow faster in this competitive market and this is going to make the employees also
have the right information and key information which is required for them to know. There are
better decisions which can be taken out in situations and those are going to be very helpful for
the portfolio of the company (Armenia and et.al., 2019). Tesco has expanded themselves in a lot
of countries and the brand image will have to be maintained so that they can have loyal
customers in the organization. Training and monitoring of the employees is going to be required
by the company so that the performance of the organization is going to be maintained when the

Risk management
Tesco is going to have a lot of risks regarding knowledge system because the old
employees will not be used to the changes and also the human workforce is going to reduce
which will make the company have limited employees (García-Holgado and García-Peñalvo,
2018). There is no limitation of the knowledge system and the communication is going to be
better without the leaders and managers in the organization as well. The decisions are going to be
appropriate for the company and the organization will be able to compete with the other
competitors like Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencers.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that it is very essential for organizations to be
able to maintain their reputation for which there are a lot of updated systems which will have to
be added in the organization. The competition in the market is also increasing which is why the
organization will have to use and take up effective measures for them in order to be able to
function effectively. Lesser the errors the organization is going to make the more loyal the
customers are going to be to the company.
