The review which is done by the researcher includes various stages that is in the first stage the
researcher read all the articles thoroughly and main focused on the challenges lies in managing
the knowledge in different organizations. However, several articles describe with the different
perspective and do not matched with the subject of the relevant article. Researcher only includes
and examined those articles those publishing year lies in the year of 2010-2015, however only 64
articles are relevant and met the criteria of the study (Asrar-ul-Haq & Anwar, 2016).
Findings
From the study the researcher finds that there are different factors which influence the efficiency
of knowledge management, knowledge sharing and knowledge modeling in different year.
However, in the year 2010 the trust is considered the major factor. The trust issues are the main
concern through which the manager of the organizations does not share and transfer the
knowledge to the employees in the organization. The published article in 2011 demonstrate that
trust is not very considerable but the environment of team effects the behavior of knowledge
sharing and managing as well as using the system through which knowledge is transferred
effectively. The other 2012 articles revealed that mutual trust and diverse culture influence the
organization in managing knowledge. However, the trust and cultural values are interrelated to
each other because cultural values affect the interpersonal relations and trust among the
employees (Inkinen, 2016). The researcher finds that knowledge is efficiently share, modeled
and manage in the similar headquarter subsidiary nut inefficient in the other subsidiaries because
of cultural diversity.
The study finding also demonstrate the factors which promote the knowledge management,
knowledge transferring as well as knowledge modeling in the organization which includes
system of reward, motivation among the employees of the organization and the social relations.
However, these are the significant variables in promoting the knowledge in different
organizations because when the person is not motivated and no system of rewarding the
individual does not reveal and transfer the knowledge to other (Todorović et al., 2015). The
employees will also not encourage utilizing the knowledge model for the development of the
organization. The other issues and challenges include structure of the organization; it is
significant in influencing the knowledge transferring because it leads hindering the knowledge.
However, in the structure of the organization various factors involved which are openness to

change, communication and the willingness and capability of the individual (Asrar-ul-Haq &
Anwar, 2016). The study also revealed key factor which include commitment of the
organization, lack of technology and leadership style. However these key factors are mostly
affects the organization in the year 2014. The problems includes that the authors finds difficulty
in understanding the exact factors which affects the knowledge management in the organization
because of difference in the factors in different years. The researcher also highlighted the issue of
relevancy of the data collection because only one method is used and no opinion is taken from
the employees and managers of the organization.
Conclusion
From the study the researcher reviewed that secondary approach provides the data on the subject
related to the sharing and managing of knowledge in the organizational background. However
