I have completed this assessment to the best of my knowledge and by gathering all my strengths together. As a team
worker I develop my skills to work in a team but a challenge I faced during this team work is that I have to cover some part
of work of my teammates also but it helps me to increase my knowledge in their part too. This assessment helps me to
assess some of my weaknesses like being too honest to everyone due to which I take too much responsibility on me which
afterwards puts a high pressure of work on me and that make me arrogant for that short period. But later I realise that it also
makes me a strong person and helps me to develop my skills to work under high pressure. As I am a creative person so I
mix my creativity with my strength of hard work and attentiveness to make this project a great success. This project helped
me to overcome one of my weakness i.e. I am a detailed oriented person. But word limit provided for the project helps me to
complete it in brief in respect of my detailed knowledge I get from this project's research. This project also opens some
opportunities for me as I am able to diversify my knowledge from this project and can take tuitions of my juniors as and when
needed and can help them to develop their skills. This project also helps me to gain practical knowledge whatever theories I
learn in class from my respected teachers. By this project I also developed confidence to participate in events whenever
possible and can showcase my talent in front of everyone. It also helps me to enhance my communication skills as
completion of this project requires suggestions and advices of lots of people and I develop my skills of effective
communication. Effective communication is key to success and this will help me to get a potential job and will ultimately help
me to get success. Also I developed a deep knowledge of market research, CSR, business environment, etc. which will help
me to grow in my career. Although during this project I feels like I am addicted to the technology and have lack of focus on
my studies but it is also good as the future ahead needs techno-friendly people and this project also improves my skills. So I
can conclude that this project helps me a lot to develop my skills in various fields. It polishes my strengths and make me
more stronger in that. It also helps me to overcome some of my weaknesses and to develop new skills. As I performed well
in my knowledge and develop necessary skills that opens up some of the opportunity for me in the near future.

Caption: Business environment
Business environment can be characterized as the mixture and
composition of all the elements that have a consequence on the
operations and management of a business enterprise. It is an
amalgamation of micro and macro environment. Micro environment
involves suppliers, competitors and rivals, Intermediaries,
shareholders etc. Whereas macro environment comprises of
forces such as political, legal, social, economic, technological. In
order to endeavour and carry on the business enterprise for a longer
period of time, it is very essential that an organisation interpret the
business environment and implement the strategies in accordance
to the same.
Caption: Types of Businesses
There are numerous types of business organisations available to an
individuals planning to start a business outlet. For instance, Sole trader,
partnership, cooperation, private company, public company etc. are
some of the examples of the business organisation an individual can
adopt in order to start its operations. In order to do the same and select
the right kind of enterprise, it is essential for an individual to examine
the scale of the business, availability of funds, essential resources such
as manpower, technology, operational unit etc. so as to align the type
of organisation with the individual's respective business line.

Globalisation is termed as a concept which promotes a company to
operate at a global level and integrate with other organisational
institutions across the globe. It promotes cross border interaction
and communication of individuals so as to expand their operations
and services and cater and engage with a wider consumer base.
Globalisation is one of the biggest trends in the global economy and
has opened the doors for various new and innovative opportunities
for individuals all around the world to achieve greater heights in their
respective line of work. It has also contributed in enhancement of
networking of the individuals in order to capitalise on important
opportunities of development.
Caption: Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility may be termed as the duty of a
business outlet to provide necessary support to the society and natural
environment in order to uplift and raise their current standard and help
in the betterment of the same. It is prominent for an organisation to
provide its helping hands to the society and environmental domain as
it takes so much from it on a daily basis and has an obligation towards
the same. Various big organisation have incorporated this policy so as
to enhance their current goodwill in the marketplace and leverage
advantages associated with the same in the business environment.
The policy has the ability to shape a positive image of the company in
the eyes of the society.

It is necessary and beneficial for an enterprise to conduct an
effective market research so as to examine the prevailing threats
and possibilities in the market and capitalise on the same. The
business organisations are expected to do the market research with
full conviction as it helps the company to plan out their further

the effectiveness and efficiency of current management practices.
Market Research is a very complex concept and an organisation
needs to take a lot of factors into consideration while conducting
one such as relevant tactics and tools for information search,
effectively examining the market and forming plans to coordinate

Accounting is considered as on the of most crucial management
function of a business enterprise. In order to record and manage the
