AI Summary
This document presents a comprehensive project plan for environmental management in Koala City, addressing the city's environmental problems and aiming to create awareness among youths. The plan includes a justification for the project, a project charter, stakeholder analysis, project scope, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Gantt chart, project costs, network diagram with critical path, planned budget, and a risk register. The risk register identifies potential risks, their causes, and responses, along with project success measures and a contingency plan. The plan also details activities to be contracted out, supplier selection criteria, the type of project contract, and justification of organizational capacity. A SIPOC diagram is included, and the document concludes with an agenda for a kick-off meeting. The goal is to develop a tender-ready proposal for the Koala City Council, focusing on environmental policy and safety measures to combat pollution and enhance the city's environmental leadership.
