 Konica Minolta will continue to generate new
value that helps businesses and community while
contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable
Development Goals.
 It is pursuing sustainable growth while
contributing to the development of customers
businesses and social progress (Jablinski, Popova
and Kuznetsov, 2016)

Sustainable Development Goals
Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being-
 Konica Minolta should promote universal health coverage, which
includes providing safe, effective, affordable, quality, and required
vaccines and medicines for all (Christ and Burritt, 2018).
Achieve Gender equality-
 They should empower all girls and women and eliminate all kinds of
violence, which has been done in public and private gatherings (Popova,
Tomashevska and Popova, 2017).

Ensure production patterns and sustainable consumption -
 They should promote sustainable and environmentally sound and effective
management of waste and chemicals throughout their life cycle (Busch, Bauer
and Orlitzky, 2016)
Peace, Justice, and strong institutions-
 Without peace, effective governance, stability, and human rights, based on the
rule of law, sustainable development cannot be maintained (Popovic, Barbosa-
Póvoa, Kraslawski and Carvalho, 2018).

Recommendations to target Sustainable Development
Goals as part of the CSR activities of the organization
 They should make transformative community partnership and
resourcing strategies of partnership.
 They should prevent ethical sourcing policies and human rights
framework.
 They should foster and maintain an organizational culture that is fair
and equitable (Tumwesigye, Oliveira and Sousa-Gallagher, 2016)

Recommendation
 They should build a culture of safety, security, health, and well-being, and
contribute positively towards others.
 They should reduce collectively accomplish the environmental goals
(Meckenstock, Barbosa‐Póvoa and Carvalho, 2016).

Conclusion
 Konica Minolta should generate value and community engagement
initiatives to assist and provide opportunities for our customers,
people, suppliers, and community partners to produce a greater impact.
