This study will briefly discuss about the Leadership Practice Inventory provided by
Kouzes and Posner. The research will be focussed on the analysis of the theories related to
the development and the rapid changes happening in all fields or working areas all around the
world. Therefore it is getting tougher day by day to predict the future of the organizations. In
some recent years the researchers have been studied in this matter of perspectives to make a
rule out of the leadership researches (Posner, 2016). Schools have always been the vessel of
hope for every person starting from the parents, educational reformers, and the politicians as
well. All of the taxpayers of an economy wants the schools to be better as well as different
than today. Thus, the obligations related to this matters are based on the dreams and the
concerns of the community members (Burkman, Garrett & Posner, 2019). Thus, this research
will focus on the development of the processes that affects and will analyse the key sources
of leadership processes that may affect the traditional hierarchy of the organizations.
Discussion:
The continuous considerable growing interest in the youth and the college students are
in relation with the leadership development in the secondary institutions as well as in the
tertiary organizations are growing in the segment of the scholars (Posner, 2016). There is
evidence that proves that the number of courses that taught the students in the aspect of
leadership development and the programs incorporated to focus on the leadership aspect in
order to expand the number of students that are conducted in the process of learning
leadership and development of an organization (Herman et al., 2017).
The prominent work in the field of the leadership frameworks in order to draw the
youths and the younger generation to seek the knowledge for youth leadership aspects. This

need to develop the ideas related to its leadership development as well. The leaders know that
the learning opportunities comes from the mistakes that do happen in the process of
development and the mistakes are necessary in the grooming of a young leadership
development as well (Burkman, Garrett & Posner, 2019). According to many researches in
the past papers, the leadership aspect related to school framework structure, the Principals of
successful developers of a school are very sure of their actions by growing with making
