Functional and Non-functional usability
Functional
Functional requirements are a requirement which is needed for the easy application or the
system. The customer or the client should have a friendly environment for the system. This
follows the FURPS + framework which stand for the:
F: Functionality means it has the main product which has the business domain of the solution
which should be developed. In our system the functionality is proper with the user-friendly
environment for the system. The system will provide the proper functioning to the user with
the proper calculation of the tax, auditing, etc.
U: Usability means capturing or stating requirements of the users in the interface, this has the
system which helps the user to have the easy accessibility, consistency of the users. The
system has a smooth interface which will help the user to navigate easily through the system.
R: Reliability means the systems have the proper security which makes believe to the clients.
This has recoverability, accuracy, etc.
P: Performance means this involves the things which have an information system, the system
of the KPMG have the proper functionality because the resource which reused are good and
have the high quality which makes the user have a good application.
Supportability: The system supports the proper texting, maintainability and compatibility,
scalability of the system (Eriksson, 2019).
+
This means the implementation, physical constraint and interface of the system in it. The
system of KMP provides will things to the users.
Non-functional requirements:
1. Performance of the system will come under the non- functional as the performance does
not need any function.
2. Maintainability: The system should be maintained with the proper new technologies to the
system so that the system won’t be outdated.
3. Reliability: The system is reliable for the client or the user to use because there is the use
of a cloud database (Eriksson, 2019).

2. Identify the internal, external, operational, and executive
stakeholders.
Stakeholders: they are the one who invests in the project and the investment is not only
about the money but also the time to build the project is also an investment. There are
primary stakeholders and secondary stakeholder. Primary is the one who is the investors into
the project. The secondary is the one who is indirectly involved in the project (Hasling,
2008).
Internal Stakeholder: an internal stakeholder is a group or individual who is involved in the
operational process through the method of directly or indirectly. There can be managers,
employees or owners. They are linked to the project directly and invest in the project directly.
They come under the primary stakeholders.
External stakeholder: This is to keep the decisions or operations to carry out. This does not
limit the clients of the system or the organization, this also does not have limit on the
communities, society or governments. This includes the complex business and the members
use the system or work into the organization over the project. They come under the secondary
stakeholders (Hasling, 2008).
Operational stakeholder: They are the one who performs the business operations in the
project and they help to have the work and endeavors. The operational manager has identical
parts which have their register which is positive and negative. There are various operational
stakeholders they basically depend on the business:
1. Salesperson
2. Maintenance workers
3. Customer services
4. Line managers
Executive stakeholder: This has the project funds, determine the project and kill the project.
This includes the various customers, executive council and customers of the supplemental
executives. The project is based on this one only because this allows for the authority to
assign the resources (Investopedia, 2019).

4. Domain Class Diagram
Figure 2: Class Diagram
Admin class will be the one who will look after the whole system functionality. The admin
has a relationship with the staff and system. The system will be looked after by one admin at
a time this consists of the database of the client and about the online services to the client.
Document Page
The admin will login into the system and then can have authority to modify, update and view
the number of users in the system (Investopedia, 2019).
Client Class will be for the client where the client can register themselves in the database and
also the client will be allowed to login if they are registered in the database of the system.
The client can use the services which are provided by the system such as pay tax, advisory
services, etc. The client will be in touch with the system and the relation between them is one
system can have many clients into their database.
System: The system will be able to get in touch with the client and will be able to operate
with the help of an admin (Investopedia, 2019).
Staff: The staff of the organization will also to get the organization clean and also expect the
payment transaction. This includes cleaning staff, accountant, etc.

This diagram is the static which helps to show the interaction between the use case and
actors.
5. Brief Use case description

have the actors which are admin client. Admin actor will be the one who will look after the

login, register, hiring, payment, audit and advisory services.
6. Fully developed use case description.
Table 2: Login

Flow 1. The client has to login into the system with
the credentials which are saved into their
database.
2. The admin has to login into the system
with the credentials which are saved into
their database.
3. If the credentials are wrong then the
system prints the wrong credential message.

Figure 3: UseCase
Activity diagram
Activity diagram is the diagram which helps to have represented the flow of the process of
the system. This helps to have assumed the situation. This explains the flow of the activity
diagram. This have the login situation where the client have to login for taking the services of
the organisation. If the login details will be wrong than the message will be printed as wrong
message (Minhas, 2018).
Document Page
Figure 4: Activity Diagram
Sequences Diagram
The diagram is in the sequential form of the diagram which helps to have represented the
flow of the process of the system. This helps to have assumed the situation. This explains the
flow of the sequential form. This have the login situation where the client have to login for
taking the services of the organisation. This includes the client, system and admin login
situation where the client have to login for taking the services of the organisation (Minhas,
