administration in their working environment. Training recruitment and selection is the essential
part of the business administration (Allen, 2018). Kraft Foods is chosen to complete the project.
Assignment includes aims and objectives of the company. PMP is prepared by covering scope,
time, communication, risk, resources, cost and quality. Moreover, quantitative and qualitative
method is explained deeply so that administration is able to choose the best one. Gantt Chart and
WBS is prepared to full-fill all the activity in the set time frame. Proper tools and techniques are
adopted to explain the data analysis. Additionally, weak skills is improved like, decision
making skills, communication skills etc. is discussed.

In terms of revenue gathering Nestle is measured as largest food enterprise worldwide. It
is a Swiss multinational food and drink company serving it's product and services across the
globe. It's headquarter is in Vevey, Switzerland. Nestle was founded by Henri Nestle and deals in
subsidiaries such as, Nespresso, Nestle purina pet care company and so on. It is sixth largest
business administration across globe. The CEO of the business concern is Ulf Mark Scheider
who is motivating it's staff members to work effectively and effectively.

filling the work according to the time frame best outcomes can be attained which is a plus point

smoothly adequate amount of cash amount required so that proper findings can be attained. An

performed on vertical axis while, width of the horizontal bar depicts graphs showing duration of
each activity. And horizontal axis showcase time intervals.

selection is must. Here, are some of the recommendations which are suggested to top level
management of Nestle which are mentioned below:
1. Management of Nestle is suggested that recruitment should be done through external
sources so that fresh candidate can be hired. Also, aptitude test need to be performed so
that their skills and knowledge can be tested accordingly and to asses weather it is
suitable for job vacant.
2. Nestle finance department is recommended to ensure enough time and funds should be
assigned while recruiting and selecting skilled, potential and capable nominee for the
vacancy.
3. To get better results in global environment on the job and off the job training must be
given to the workers of Nestle. This particular act aid in conducting business activities in
