INTRODUCTION
Recruitment is defined as hiring right candidate for vacancy according to the required
skills, experience and knowledge. Training is provided to staff members in order to enhance their
skills so that best outcomes can be achieved. Whereas, selection is refers to as choosing the most
deserving nominee from pool of applicants. It is the core element performed by every
administration in their working environment. Training recruitment and selection is the essential
part of the business administration (Allen, 2018). Kraft Foods is chosen to complete the project.
Assignment includes aims and objectives of the company. PMP is prepared by covering scope,
time, communication, risk, resources, cost and quality. Moreover, quantitative and qualitative
method is explained deeply so that administration is able to choose the best one. Gantt Chart and
WBS is prepared to full-fill all the activity in the set time frame. Proper tools and techniques are
adopted to explain the data analysis. Additionally, weak skills is improved like, decision
making skills, communication skills etc. is discussed.

Kraft Foods background
James L. Kraft in the year October 1, 2012 make with this company in open market
place. This leading comopny si suited in Chicago Illinois and is successfully serving it's goods
across the globe. Around twenty three thousand people are working day and night to meet the set
goals and objectives. It is a American grocery manufacturing and processing conglomerate.
Aim:
“To analysis ways via which multinational organization can easily improve worker's
recruitment, selection and training programs with purpose to meet international requirements”. A
case study on Kraft Foods (Brannen and Tietze, 2017.). Organization conduct training,
recruitment and selection criteria to meet global preferences. On the other hand it can be said that
by uplifting the old ways of training, recruitment and selection method firm can easily meet

desired outcomes at international level. By providing proper training to potential and skilled staff
members their existing skills can be enhanced which will be beneficial in every aspects. It will
help in their future growth and development over the years. Whereas, hiring right candidate at
appropriate place aid to motivate other workers to work day and night to meet global demand.

PMP is designed by Kraft Foods to examine, monitor and to evaluate the overall
performance of the staff members working day and night to meet the desired outcomes.
Time: To complete the task total time frame required is ten weeks . This plays a
significant role in achieving the desired goals and objective (Holmes and Parker, 2017). By full-
filling the work according to the time frame best outcomes can be attained which is a plus point
for the business administration. In order to complete the research work in effective and efficient
manner the total time require is 10 weeks.
Cost: It is the backbone of every organization . To gain competitive advantages in cut
throat competitive world sufficient amount of fund is needed. Lack of money reduces the

workforce efficiency which is a negative sign for the business. To conduct the research work
smoothly adequate amount of cash amount required so that proper findings can be attained. An
estimated amount of $70000 is required to run the research activities smoothly. The research
work expenses are, travelling cost, stationary items, research cost, and so on. In order to conduct
this research activities easy sufficient amount of cash is needed.
Communication: To gain accurate findings for the conclusion of research work Kraft

Quality: To bind the research for longer time duration it is important to provide them
quality work. It makes the project more valuable for the customers who are garbing the

in accomplishing set standards in cut throat competitive world. Researcher gather the data from
qualitative approach so that expected result can be achieved easily. It does not have numerical
data in it which makes it easier to grab information.
Risk: It is the success ladder through which Kraft Foods can attain set goals and
objectives in global market. While conducting the research work various risk factors were
ascertained for which organization need to design unique strategies so as to overcome them.
Arranging the accumulated information in systematic manner was the huge risk faced by
researcher in their project completion. Due to which lot of time is consumed while arranging
them in proper order.
Scope: The scope of the research work is to provide authentic information by gathering
information from qualitative and quantitative method . To gain the productive results Kraft
Foods make changes accordingly in the framed tactics. The information is gathered from
primary data collection and researcher has huge scope in their project. The information is fresh

Resources: Kraft Foods adopts recycling and other ozone-friendly method so that
effective utilization of resources can be done . The necessary resources needed to conduct the
research work are optimized at the fullest. Along with this employees are motivated to perform
better to set tough bench mark for others. (Lauring and Klitmøller, 2017) In order to proceed
with the research project various resources are required such as, human capital , finance, tools
and techniques in order to gather relevant information from the public.
Literature Review:
According to Beverly Bird and Carol Kopp, 2019, globalization refers to as
commercializing and distributing goods, jobs, technology and information across the national
boundaries. It creates huge job opportunities and raises economy of the nation (Definition of
globalization, 2019).
According to Smriti Chand, 2019 , recruitment is defined as the best and productive
way to investigate skilled nominee and stimulating them to apply for the post vacant in a firm.
By this huge applicant apply for the post due to which recruitment process become better
(Definition of recruitment, 2019).
According to Diksha S, 2019, Selection refers to as candidate is categorised into two
parts, one nominee who are to be hired for the vacant post and second participant who are not
alligable for the post. By placing right candidate at the right place it raises productivity level
(Definition of selection, 2019).
According to Jack Hallora, 2019, training is the procedure of interchanging the
information in order to resolve an issue emerging in the firm. Training is provided to tackle the
problems in easy way for productive results (Definition of training, 2019).

Gantt Chart: This is well known by other name which is Harmonogram. Henry Gantt
was the inventor of Gantt Chart in the year 1910-1915. In this case top level management is
aware about the project schedule (staring and deadline). Gantt Chart lists the work to be
performed on vertical axis while, width of the horizontal bar depicts graphs showing duration of
each activity. And horizontal axis showcase time intervals.

Work Break Down Structure: WBS is widely adopted by organization as it makes
complex work into simpler task. Here, the task is divided and assigned to the staff members on
the basis of their skills and performance. This directly helps to complete the project in the set
