The KSoft is company which provides solution to business needs. It is Technology based
company which ensures low cost and time reduction in support service. The software
development and other services provided by the company are cost effective and trusted. The
Company planned to open new offices in different country. The external stakeholder of the
company is Shawn, hired by the company to handle all the issues with local government in
locating to different country. The manager of Shawn is Ian, internal stakeholder of the
company. The manager suggested bribing the local government person to reduce the time
delay in permit approval. The government get to know about the transactions and starts
investing. This investigation will affect the company and internal and external stakeholders
too. The legal action will be taken against the manager and Shawn under Bribery act of
country.

and respect for life. There are also some rule and regulations of the organisation to be
measured and followed by an individual.
