The human resource managers should always look after the issues that arise due to the
conflicts between the employers and the employee unions. The conflicts should be resolved by
the organizations because it will lead to a huge problem in the future. Thousands of years ago,
Jesus Christ had always said that a mutually peaceful relationship between the employers and the
employees should always exist (Ghazzawi, Smith & Cao, 2016). This is why the employees
should maintain a cordial relationship with their employers. However, it has been reported and
seen many times that the organizations fail to meet the demands of the employees and employees
feel suffocated within the organizational environment (Budd, 2017). In order to resolve the
different issues, they tend to take the help of the employee unions so they can get their demands.
Some organizational managers always follow the Biblical sayings because they believe it has
something very moral and ethical means within it.
The HR managers should take up the leading role in mitigating the conflicts between the
conflicts. They can follow some steps through which this problem can be resolved. The HR
managers can use the external benchmarking so there are no problems between the organizations
and the employees (Budd, 2017). This can be compared with the reports published by the
employee unions. Employee unions have several demands for the employers to meet. It is not
always possible for the employers to meet up all the demands (Ghazzawi, Smith & Cao, 2016).
The data collection process by the employees should be very smooth so they can sit and talk with
the employees with all these demands. If the employers are not able to resolve these problems
within a given time, more conflict situations will arise. SO, it is better to resolve these problems
by the HR management for better outcomes.
