Landscape Architect Agreement for Northside City Council Project

CLIENT-LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AGREEMENT FORM
This Client-landscape architect, entered into between Northside City Council and Texascapes
shall begin as of April 10, 2019 pursuant to the terms and conditions bellows:
Terms
The property owner located in the happy Northside suburb of Boulder Bay has shown interest in
the Architect services to remodel, restructure as well as redesign the landscape of the named
location above. The owner will be submissive to the entire financial responsibility for the design
of the landscape and has sourced financing meant to fund the landscape in question
The landscape architects have the licences as well an experience that is needed to attain the needs
of the client alongside all the terms of agreement set forth.
Both parties are freely willing to seek the fulfilment of this agreement and under no
circumstances whatsoever with any part of this agreement be met by a third party without the
knowledge of all parties that take part.
The landscape architect will oversee or carry out the performance of all and any landscape
architecture alongside any tasks elated to it. The responsibility will be inclusive of but not
limited to every and all landscape design, drafting, administrative, programming , reviewing
tasks as well as any extra tasks that are needed for the successful completion of the landscape
design of the said location alongside the contruction contract for the aforementioned location.
Any and every service offering during the period of this landscape architect agree by the
landscape architect shall be in conformity will all the regulations and standards of the state. The
landscape architect will submit any plans and drawings that are needed to the state office for the
purposes of inspection and offer help in any state assistance as long as the agreement term lasts.

Design Services
The landscape architect is in entire understanding and willingness to abide by all and any state
regulations regarding the design and structure of the development mentioned in this landscape
architect agreement
The landscape architect will finish all and any work requirements within the provided time
period of this agreement and as per the regulations and standards of the state.
Deliverables
The landscape architect will offer the following delivering to the client doing the period of the
architect agreement
Design of:
 New accessible playground with integrated seating, bush land features and sensory plants
and other hard landscaping elements
 Pathways, steps and retaining walls to allow better access to the bush land
 Accessible pathways to access the new park pavilion from the field and the street parking
 Large water feature that is safe to the public, able to be used for children’s water play,
and is an asset to the bush land setting and ecosystem
 New landscape design elements to integrate the new Park Pavilion
 Bush regeneration and new planting to enhance the overall park setting
 Lighting and signage to enhance the security and visibility of the landscaping elements,
including the aboriginal rock art
 New seating and bike racks

The services of the following consultants will be sought in a bid to ensure that the project runs
smoothly and within the confined state standards and regulations. The client will take
responsibility for the following services since the landscape architect will not licence to offer the
required deliverables
 Site Engineer
 Mechanical Engineer
 Electrical engineer
Payment
Any payments that are owed to the landscape architect for a give design service shall be viable
for processing upon completion of the the design and implementation of the landscapes.
Reviewing will be done on all invoices sent doing the period of design and resolutions made not
later that the closure of the completion of the project. Below is a breakdown of the total costs of
the approximated total cost of the project which are subject to renegotiations as a result of non-
anticipated conditions including changes in the scope, orders or changes in the requirements.
 Initial-surveys and preliminary research of the project=$1500
 Approximated cost of the project work=$ 1000
 Concept-design of the project work=$ 2500
 Drawing of detailed-elevation in 2-D and 3-D forms=$ 12500
 Documentation of the project work=$2500
 Project work-management=$ 5000
Schedule

The client and the landscape architect agree to converge in meeting in the determination of the
schedule objectives and need on April 15, 2019
The landscape architect will confirm to all the schedules that are proposed to the best of his
ability expert in case of previous submitted notification in written form has been offered by the
client
The landscape architect has submitted to maintain contact with the client regarding the times,
budget as well as any issues of budget that may come up
The landscape architect will submit Andy as well as all color samples or swatches for the
purposes of approval regarding the schedule as well as budgeting guides agreed upon.
The landscape architect shall offer a notice of any needed inspections or regulations of state
which may result in the delay or even disruption of the schedule as listed above in any manner
Documents
On entering into this landscape architect agreement, the landscape architect will furnish the client
with all the needed documentation for approval by either the state or owner
It is the sole responsibility of the landscape architect to check the said document with the
necessary contractors to ascertain all plans are fitting the guidelines set forth
The landscape architect will be fully responsible for the implementation of any changes that may
be needed in the documents alongside providing the client with the up to date versions of the
documents
Upon finishing this landscape architect agreement, the landscape architect will generate five
copies of all the required documentation to be filled as described:

 A set given to the general contractor
 Two signed sets dropped at the state agencies and financial lenders
 A signed set given to the client for the purposes of records
 A set is kept with the landscape architect for the purposes of records
Acceptance
By signing in the space below, the parties recognize that they have received and accepted this
landscape architect agreement
