The aim of this paper is to discuss the company readiness of Langley Child
Development Center in the given market of the USA and the potential market of Afghanistan.
Langley Child Development Center has been a nationally accredited program that provides an
affordable, high quality and developmental child care services provide to the families of the
civil servants and air force officials in the US (Military.com. 2019). It is a nonprofit
organization which provides day care services to the children with developmentally
appropriate activities as well as study materials, nutritionally balanced snacks and meals and
parent conferences. Along with serving the families of the Air force personnel, the company
aims to expand its reach to the areas or countries where the US air force has its presence more
effectively. This is due to the fact that the children of these officials do not get the scope of
