Language is one of the basic necessities of the human beings themselves. It is with the
help of languages that the human beings are able to communicate with each other. However,
in the modern times, it can be stated by many individuals themselves that the use of language
is causing problems for themselves because of the problems of swearing by the individuals
themselves. This essay will explore the concern of whether language should be controlled or
not. The purpose of this essay is to describe the fact that whether the use of the languages
should be controlled by the humans or not. This essay would be exploring the fact that the
language is indeed one of the most essential requirements for all human beings themselves.
Language helps the human beings to communicate with each other and to express
their feelings as well as their emotions to make sure that the language of the human beings
can help them to overcome the barrier difficulties which they might face for themselves in the
country itself (Allan et al., 2013). Thus, it can be said by the individuals themselves that the
problems of the individuals due to the use of the languages is because of the fact that the
individuals have been swearing a lot with the languages itself. Although many experts are of
the opinion that the swearing is good for the human beings themselves as it with the help of
swearing itself, can the individuals themselves get to the actual meanings of their messages
with that of the audience itself, it can be stated that there are cases when the same cases of
swearing will affect the human beings themselves in a very big way.
This instance of swearing on the part of the individuals themselves can be seen on the
part of the people who are considered to be less educated than those of the others (Bergen,
2016). Swearing has also been considered to be a crime on the part of the human beings for
the use of the language in their schools and also in their workplaces where the individuals
themselves would like to work. This point is evidenced by the fact there have been case
studies on the behaviour of the individuals on the subject matter of the language with the use
of swearing in the language itself in the story (Richardson, 2019). Thus, it can be said from

the above discussions that the problems of language with that of swearing is still considered
to be profanity and rude in many countries of the world itself. While controlling language, the
perception that is present in the society of you becomes malleable. That in turn offers the
opportunity for shared power, literacy and individualism (Bergen, 2016). This can be best
explained by the case study of the subject matter which is provided for the better
understanding of the readers in the Case Study which have been provided to them in the
below section.
Case Study
The Case Study of the subject matter will deal with use of swearing by the human
beings in the languages in the workplace and also in the schools or in the colleges where they
study (Jay, 2013). The Case Study also proves the point that the swearing in the languages
was not considered to be a very gentlemanly activity by the authorities of the schools and the
colleges itself.
It is because of this, that the school authorities have placed a number of rules and
regulations on the schools, colleges and also on various workplaces as they had restricted the
use of languages with swearing in the school and college premises as well as on the
workplaces. Instead they have made a rule for the employees to use proper languages for the
conveniences of others in the workplace as well (Bergen, 2016). Thus, this tells the readers
about the problems which arises from the using of the languages because of the problems of
swearing itself.
Thus, the above Case Study is an account of the various problems which might affect
the performance of the employees in the offices and other workplaces itself and can be
serious problems for the employees in the companies in which they work for themselves.
Thus, it can be stated that the language is given extra importance by the school, college and

the job authorities so that the employees of the company take it upon themselves to learn the
language properly so that they would be able to effectively able to communicate with each
other. Thus, it can be stated by the readers that the language indeed plays an important role in
the life of the individual as it is based on the language itself that the employees have the
abilities of getting better jobs for themselves in their schools or colleges where they study.
Apart from that the readers also have the better opportunity of getting better jobs for
themselves. Thus, this forms the main reason for the individuals should focus on their
languages and work on improving their diction so that they are better able to get the jobs
which they have desired for so long in their lives themselves and earn good salaries for
themselves (Allan et al., 2006).
Therefore, from the above discussions, the following facts can be concluded that the
language indeed plays an important role in the lives of the individuals themselves. Language
is the thing which will help the individuals in getting a proper job for themselves and it is
very important for the individuals themselves to improve the way they use their languages
and communication skills so that the individuals are easily recognized for their language
skills and get the best employment opportunities for themselves. If the individuals get the
better opportunities for themselves, they can find better jobs for themselves and earn
maximum for themselves as well as their family members.
