as it showcases the overall background of the children. Teachers give guidance and support by
knowing the background and language of children. It has been analyzed that strong cultural
identity is essential as it helps for mental development and well-being of the children. In the
field of education if a teacher is not aware of the children home and cultural practices then it can
be difficult for them to give proper knowledge and also to analyze the mindset of the children.
The mindset of the children can only be understood and evaluated when there is proper
knowledge about the home, language and cultural practices of the children (Ansell, 2016).
By having knowledge of the entire background of the children it can be easy to make the
proper social connections with the other people. Like in school, teachers can easily analyze the
behavior of the children and also, they can enhance the engagement in the school. It has been
seen that without having proper knowledge of the background of the children teachers are not
able to motivate the children. Motivation is an important factor for the children and it can be only
done by having proper knowledge of children home, community language and cultural practices
(Wlodkowski & Ginsberg, 2017).
Teachers can find the information from various sources like through discussion and face
to face communication, it can be easy to know about the background of the children. It has been
evaluated that teachers can conduct a class discussion and through that, it can be simple to know
or have knowledge of the children background. The best way is a discussion that can be
considered to find out the children home, community language and cultural practices. Teachers

techniques and it is important to convey the values to the students so that they can learn easily.
Through smart classrooms, teachers can teach values to the students by showing them movies
that are related to the values of the different cultures and language (Chun, Kern & Smith, 2016).
It has been seen that when movies are shown to the students it attracts the attention of the
students and also induce them to learn and grab the knowledge related to the different cultures
and languages. When student sees the movie then they imagine things and that stimulate and
enhance the knowledge. It has been seen that showing movies to the students is one of the ways
to create the learning environment (Brooker, 2017).
Children can also learn the values of different cultures and languages by focusing on the
activities. Learning is the important factor on which the student should focus on so that
knowledge can be enhanced. By conducting seminars and conferences in schools it can be easy
to create a learning environment. It is one of the simplest ways that can help the children to learn
about different cultures and languages. By representing different cultures and languages through
conferences they can gain knowledge about the different culture and language. It is beneficial for
the students to learn about the languages and culture so that it can be easy to have proper
concepts and knowledge of the surroundings (Bruce, Hakkarainen & Bredikyte, 2017).
